We purchased our new hot tub at the Tippecanoe county fairground expo. We worked with Spanky. He was very knowledgeable and fantastic to deal with. Brandon and his crew delivered our new spa on time. They did a great job in making sure to place the unit exactly where we wanted it. Overall very pleased with our purchasing experience!
We love our new Master Spa Clarity 7x7! Purchased at the special event they had at the Tippecanoe Fairgrounds where the staff was helpful and not pushy. Delivery was smooth. It took me a couple weeks to run the new 240V circuit so we just started using it a couple days ago. The staff at Healthy Living was very helpful with all my questions about chemicals and getting the ph set properly.
Loving my new hot tub! Healthy Living Pool and Spa had exactly what I was looking for in a spa, at a great price! Braden was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The delivery went smoothly, and professionally. Looking forward to many relaxing soaks!!
Love our Balance 6 hot tub. It took about 3 weeks after delivery to get the electric ran. We have been enjoying the hot tub now for about 3 weeks. Purchase and delivery of the tub was very smooth.
Working with Master Spas was very easy! They were very professional and easy to work with! We found the right hot tub for us, and it took a long time. The salesman never got frustrated or angry, he was amazing the whole time! Great process and great company!
We bought a gorgeous hot tub here. It hasn't been delivered yet but so far the process has been a positive one.
I had researched hot tubs for almost two years before we decided to purchase. I was determined to get a salt water spa to avoid heavy chemical use and have visited several spa dealers in the central Illinois area and websites for too many to count. Since true salt water spas are almost double the price of traditional and are limited by patent, I began evaluating alternatives and decided on Master Spa since they are highly rated, reliable, have so many configuration options and offer low chemical water treatment systems. Alexis and Christian have been wonderful to work with...knowledgeable, patient and super responsive to all our questions. We purchased the Twilight 7.2 in June 2019 and love it. Yes it looks great, but it also has high quality components. Plus it has UV treatment and an eco charge filter system so we use much less chlorine...our skin feels great and there is no chemical smell. We feel we got great value for our money. Delivery and set up was so easy and we took advantage of a same as cash - zero interest financing option. We are so happy with our purchase and I highly recommend Healthy Living Pool and Spa. I wish I had found them 2 years ago.
The young men that delivered are 19D trainers swim spa were very good at their job they moved are old spa out and our new one in and had the new one set in no time so thank you to the guys at healthy living pools for all your hard work
I started the process to purchase a Master Spas from Healthy Living Pool and Spa February of 2022 while attending a local spa show. My main point of contact was Mr. Bradley Gleason. The process to purchase was seamless and without any pressure to purchase. Bradley was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful every step of the way. When I made the decision to upgrade to a different model, Bradley handled everything flawlessly. I planned on building the spa into a deck remodel and had a million questions so as a result whenever I had a question Bradley was just a phone call away; he always answered my phone calls and questions with knowledge and professionalism. My Michael Phelps MP LSX 700 was Delivered October 17th without a hitch. I cannot say enough good things about the folks at Healthy Living Pool and Spa. Thanks so much Bradley for a really great experience! If you're in the market for a great spa from Master Spas don't hesitate to contact the folks over at Healthy Living.
