Wow! I’m so impressed with this beautiful place! They have amazing trails, animals, dinosaurs, fossils, lakes, and ponds. It’s definitely worth the money and I recommend it to anyone and everyone. We also saw 2 wild deer walk along the trails. This sighting really enhanced the quality of our visit.Wait timeNo wait
Lemurs, and Racoons, and Dinosaurs, Oh my! My family and I had a great day at this museum and wildlife sanctuary. It offered lots of hands-on interactive activities to keep my son interested, and a lot of reading material to help us learn about everything we were seeing. My son absolutely loves dinosaurs, we were so happy to see that they have an awesome dinosaur trail where each dinosaur along the trail actually moves and make sounds. It was pretty fun to guess what dinosaur we would see next while walking the trail. If you have time, they also have a variety of other trails you can walk as well. The Lemurs were lots of fun to watch. I highly recommend checking it out for yourself. Great for all ages.
I took my kids here for the first time and they had a lot of fun! The weather was perfect for the dino trail. The indoor exhibit is very cool too! We'll definitely visit again!
We went to see the robot Dino’s. Had a really good time with our 3 year old. If you have a young kid who loves dinosaurs I highly recommend it. Even without the dinosaurs the trails are well kept & the museum was a nice add for young ones.
An ok place, probably very fun for small kids. The dinosaur trail was a fun time. The whole place seems maybe a little run down which is sad. The animals seem kind of stressed and kept walking in circles and the enclosures are to small. I understand they don’t buy the animals and that all of them are rescues, but you feel very bad for them.
Friendly ticket agents. The interior exhibits with rocks, snakes, spiders and such was very well done. The outside unfortunately looks like it hasn't been kept up, manicured or watered for years. Overgrown, dry, and depressing. I felt bad for the animals. The land is spacious and would be wonderful if the city took the time to revamp and revitalize this for the community.
Awesome place for kids. Dinosaurs were up as well. The preserve was great. Saw several deer and other wildlife.Wait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$6–10
We weren’t impressed. We were told it was stroller friendly but got about halfway through the trail and had to turn around and CARRY my stroller and infant back up the trail. It is not stroller friendly. It was also overgrown with trash and weeds and wasp nests everywhere. I planned on buying the annual family membership but unfortunately, we won’t be back.
Good for kids. At least one time to see the dinosaurs. It felt like a lot of missing things today. Not many animals but good for kids to spend half a day.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$11–15
Love hiking on the trails with the family. The dinosaurs are okay, but the kids enjoy spotting deer more, which there are a few. Found 9 on the last visit and got to see the large Sycamore tree for the first time. Recommend giving it a shot.
