I love the balance of people skills and professional services. Our little pup is getting old 15 and needed a surgery. He recovered nicely after the work. The pic is him wearing a shirt to protect the stitches. Though it was expensive, the estimate clearly showed where the money was going and the actual bill was less than the estimate because they completed the work quickly. While it's never "fun" to visit the doctor, I felt this clinic had the skills for fluffy and charged fairly. I'll bring him back. Recommend.
Very friendly and caring staff. We had to put our 14 year old dog down, cause she was so sick, and they were very caring and loving. We have also took our dogs there for appointments and they are great with the dogs, especially our new puppy who is full of energy.
Very caring staff and technicians! Doctor Candace is wonderful! She sees all our pets and has always been there when needed including emergencies!
Moved the care for our pets to Countryside Animal Hospital! In March we lost our 10 year old cat Harley. We brought him in when he was sick, but Heartland could not answer questions with any certainty as to what was wrong other than stating they “believed” it was a form of cancer, a mast cell tumor. Received a second opinion from Countryside of E-coli, but after a couple of weeks with treatment, Harley didn’t make it! Countryside was wonderful throughout Harley’s illness and subsequent death! Working with Countryside raised questions about Harley’s treatment at Heartland that will never be answered! We notified Heartland to transfer our other pets records to Countryside, notifying them that Harley had died and never heard another word from them!
Wow do they make you feel welcomed and that they understand your concerns! They were up front with the costs and always checking for concern thru out the whole appt.
Worst vet ever never bring your animals staff is very rude and the way they treat their customers I will never bring my animals here again and I’ll make sure no one else ever does.
Heartland Animal Clinic is staffed with knowledgeable and kind-hearted people. People who genuinely care about the well being of our furry family. They took great care of my new kitty and will be her primary clinic.

Took our dog Lola here for the first time for follow up shots. They took wondeful care of her and we're very gentle. Didn't take long and price was great!
They were so supportive when we had to put a very loved fur baby down. They even sent out a condolences card.
