"Welcome, Heceta Beach RV Park and Mini Mart. Hear the ocean from your space. Heceta Beach RV park is a short 5-7 minute walk to Heceta Beach & is big rig friendly. Very clean laundry facilities and restroom/showers. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. Most of the natural coastal plant life and trees thrive throughout the park. This provides our large sites with privacy for our guests in each of our spaces. We have private tent sites and sites for large groups. Pets are welcome! Three Rivers Casino does offer pick ups at our park depending on their hours."

The RV park is excellent! Shannon and his wife Carmine are VERY helpful and friendly as were the rest of the staff! We have stayed at several RV sites and this is very clean, bathrooms are clean and they are constantly cleaning, raking the sites when someone leaves. Met some really nice people and are getting ready to make another reservation. The little town of Florence is delightful and only a few miles away! You won't be disappointed!
We have been camping here for several weeks at a time for many years. The staff has always been really good and friendly and this year‘s staff of summer of 23 has been quite exceptional. Restrooms are clean and the sites are always raked and made beautiful for the next incoming guest. The laundry room has always been clean and working properly. The little store that is part of the office building is also quite exceptional in it’s supplies, food, and drink of all kinds. The owner, Mike, keeps an eye on things and makes sure that everything runs smoothly and is top notch. We also love the peace and quiet. Deb and Phil
If I could give this place 10 Stars I would! The reservation was made last min and david took extremely good care of us putting us in a great spot in the park. We had such a great experience. Bathrooms are clean!! Site was CLEAN! The place was very quiet. We will definitely be back! Shout out to Shannon the gentleman we met on our way out. He was so amazing job cleaning a site getting it ready for the next group!
We stayed at Heceta Rv Park for 4 nights. This park is spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff. Restrooms were very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking forward to coming back. The staff stopped by our campsite to chat. They asked us how we were doing, if we needed anything. First class service. Sites are nice and wide. Plenty of space. Bushes and trees were trimmed back so no brushing against our rig. There is a small store that had a little of everything. Restaurants near by also large grocery stores. Beach is a short walk away. Coin laundry available at the mini mart. This is a privately owned campground.
Beautiful setting. Walk to the beach and short drive to town. The people who run it are very nice and keep the place clean. Spacious sites and nice bathroom and shower! We'll be back!Service: 5/5
If I could give this campground more stars I would! Carmen was very helpful and nice. Ocean within walking distance, clean restroom at camp grounds, campsites were pretty private most of the sites have bushes that offer privacy. Restaurant across street from campground we didn’t try it but we saw several people walking to it at night. Downtown Florence is a must see.
Overall a good RV park. What gives it a 5 star is that the 2 camp hosts Carmen and Shannon were the two best camp hosts I have ever worked with. I have no complaints at all. Facilities were clean, everything worked and they were very friendly.Rooms: 5/5
I at first was leery because of a few bad reviews, BUT all was great. Nice clean sites, lots of trees and bushes and check in was easy and staff was very nice. Only stayed one night, but will definitely be coming back. Even though beach is a five minute walk you could still hear the sound of the waves at camp.Service: 4/5
I was in full hook-up back-in spot #2. Level gravel. It was nice and private as it seems most if not all are, due to high hedges and trees between each spot. The mini mart is where you check in. They carry snacks and beverages and necessities. The laundry area is attached. It's $5 to wash and dry or more because it's only a half hour on the dryer. You can add quarters to extend dry time in 15 minute increments. Clean bathrooms, hot showers. Wi-fi and cell service is low. So can be frustrating for some and a blessing for others. Two blocks from the beach. So an easy walk to watch the sunset. No sidewalks though. But it's not a busy road. When it's quiet you can hear the waves lapping on the shore from your picnic table. It's peaceful. And it gets very dark at night with minimal light pollution so you can see lots of stars on a clear night. I was there for the full moon. That was awesome. I would stay here again. They do sell propane too. And though I didn't get a chance to visit, there's a restaurant pub in walking distance as well.
We have been using the Oregon Coast as a reunion site for our family for years. We moved from campground to campground every couple of years until we found one we really liked outside of Coos Bay... but then it was sold to new owners.. and then another set of owners.. then sold to a corporate ownership.. and then it all became about the money and no service. It was horrible. We stumbled upon Heceta Beach RV last year on short notice of our frustration with our usually campground. They welcomed our group with open arms. This park is great.. its quiet.... its clean.. and best of all.. the staff is amazing. Don't be fooled by the fact that you have to call in and speak with someone for reservations or that they don't email you confirmations.. they talk to you.. they ask questions and work with you to give you a great experience and make sure that your accommodations will be correct. In all honesty.. this will be our go to for many years in the future as long as they continue to provide the excellent family type of service they have given us over the past 2 years.
