I've been using Henry's cab service for years. He's always been reliable and gets you where you need to go on time.

Henry is amazing and professional. I made an appointment with him a few days ahead because I had to go about 39 miles. He continually kept me updated via phone and text. He was a pleasure to chat with and I really enjoyed my ride. Henry took great care of me. I felt very safe with him. Thank you Henry!

I could not possibly have been more pleased with Henry's Cab Service!  Reservations are made easily via a web form, and are confirmed by email from Henry. My driver called me the evening before the date of my ride to confirm the time and location, and to answer any questions that I might have had.  Debbie, my driver, was on time and was exceptionally professional and friendly. She was my driver for both directions of a round-trip, which pleased me greatly.  The fare was more than reasonable, the service above reproach and the communication excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend Henry's Cab Service and will surely use them in the future!

I called ahead few days before to reserve a ride for this coming Monday and Tuesday and no one answered the many calls I made. I sent a text twice requesting a quote and even sent the addresses and the miles to the places I was needing to go, and I seen someone read my text messages but never responded back. This is very bad business to treat customers this way. I will need to find another taxi service that can answer the phone and accommodate me and my daughter that is 3 years old that was trying to get a quote and simply reserve a ride. I wish I could have gave no stars but it won’t let you send a review without clicking one star.

I have used Henry's Cab Service multiple times when I go to DFW Airport. Every experience has been top notch. Always on time with very personable and safe drivers who know the best routes and who communicate with you before arrival at your pickup address regarding ETA. One time, Henry was so kind to take the time to provide me with a ride at the last minute when my initial ride from a ride sharing service fell through. He took the time and  effort when I was in a jam, reassuring me that he would help me out. I told him at the time that I wouldn't forget and he's been my " go to man" ever since. I'd give him more than five stars if that was an option.

I received great service from Henry's Cab.  The driver was early - which I appreciated since it was raining and I knew the drive would take longer than usual.  She called ahead of time to say that she was 10 minutes out.  She was quite friendly and got me to the airport in plenty of time.  I will definitely use Henry's Cab Service the next time I am in Dallas!

A co-worker and I used Henry's for the first time last month.  Amanda picked us both up from different hotels and got us to the airport with time to spare. Very nice and personable young lady.  We were very pleased with the service we got.  I now have Henry's as a favorite on my phone for all future trips to and from Dallas.  Thank you!
