I live here and I can tell you management sucks. Ms Alexander doesn't answer phone calls or emails.  She locks the  office door when she sees you coming. I have been requesting a mailbox key for a while now and she refuses to even give me a key to my mailbox. The issue has been taken care of.  To the management team In response to your comments.  I would have loved to be able to respond directly to you but I didn't know how. I didn't want to post this I just felt that I didn't have any other choice.

I lived here for a year and a half upon having to leave due to illness possible EPA problem at the complex my landlord went in my apartment unauthorized stole from me and I am now pressing charges for theft you talk about problems from bed bugs to mold to air quality this place needs a zero and the manager in the new maintenance man that have been there for the last year and a half is there major problem she is a thief and lived there a months with no air conditioning this is the worst place I've ever lived and I'm 65 years old please do not put your mom and dad there they will end up sick in the hospital.. you will never get anyone at heritage Park or the Ambling corporation to answer a telephone.

This is a very quiet single story complex for adults 55+. All apartments are two bedrooms with two baths, with nice amenities. Washer and dryer hookups in each apartment and on sight laundry room. Walking trail, pool, and club house. Helpful on site maintenance staff. Friendly management. I highly recommend!
