*Where: Ruiz Parking! 9022 Elroy Road - Near FM 812 and Elroy Road (across from the Travis County Fire Dept.)
We are located 5 minutes (approx. 200 feet) from the entrance to COTA Parking Lot T.

*What: RV, Travel Trailer: Dry camping space includes one 20 by 35 foot camping space with in and out privileges. (Larger spots available for an additional charge).

Camping Tent: Camping includes one auto and one tent per every three persons, additional persons will incur an additional charge.

Check out time is 12:00 noon.
Extra space for trailers and/or tow vehicles are available for an extra charge.
Dry camping spaces do not come with RV hook-ups for water and waste.

*When: Our lot will open to campers for all events at Circuit of the Americas (COTA)

*Reserve your spot, buy your parking space in advance.

Amazing place to stay when going to COTA. Affordable, safe, and comfortable for camping. They have clean showers and restrooms, phone charging station, tables for dining. Coffee is served in the morning. Hosts were awesome.

I've done races at this track since the beginning and camped, parked, walked from every direction. These folks have made my camping experience at COTA a whole lot easier and much more enjoyable! Short walk to the track and the hospitality at this place is second to none. Belinda Ruiz, the owner, is a real Jewel. She goes out of her way to accommodate you with an incredible attitude. You will enjoy your stay here. The whole family does a great job. I highly recommend camping or parking here!
Impossible to make a reservation! They lie to you! After reading all these positive reviews my friends and I were very excited to park our 2 RVs at Ruiz Parking for the Moto GP event in October. I called the place and spoke with Belinda to make a reservation. She was very nice, she asked for my contact information and assured me she would send me the booking request via email by the end of the week. SHE NEVER DID. I called again. She lied, saying that their internet connection wasn't working properly and that I would have received her email in a couple of days. Nothing. I called her again. She said she was actually sending all the booking email in that moment, but again, I haven't received anything. So I asked my husband to call and try to reserve 2 spots using different contact information. Same behavior: she was very kind, she asked him for an email address, she told him to wait for her email and then she disappeared. He texted her but she never got back to him. I don't understand why they can't just be honest and disclose the fact that they don't accept reservations. I felt like Belinda was making fun of me. If you need to reserve a place near COTA, just book an hotel, way more reliable. DON'T TRUST RUIZ PARKING!!!
The best access to COTA even if your driving a 40' Diesel pusher. The shortest walk to the track from any lot outside the track. The Ruiz family are salt of the earth Texans that treated us like family. We could not be happier with our visit. Thanks for everything it was great.
Camped at Ruiz Parking for MotoGP last weekend. Had read the great reviews but really didn’t know what to expect. Belinda, Sergio and their family are absolutely wonderful. Coffee every morning and a delicious evening meal if you choose in a community area with a TV to recap the days event. The grounds are extremely well maintained and clean. They truly make you feel like family. I highly recommend Ruiz Parking and will absolutely be staying there again.
We've been to Austin every year the past five years for the US Formula 1 Grand Prix event. We've parked in the COTA lots before, we've taken the bus before, this year we decided to park and tent camp at Ruiz Parking. Without question, best decision we've made. Ruiz Parking is THE best Car/RV parking and tent camping location available in the area. Beautiful and manicured, don't let the satellite images deter you! The staff here have made the grounds we'll manicured and inviting. You won't find a better location to park and walk straight to the Turn One gate at Circuit of the Americas. Ruiz Parking and their staff will make your F1 weekend memorable, convenient, and comfortable. You will not be disappointed. Cheers!
Great weekend! We enjoyed our experience staying at Ruiz Parking. Belinda and Sergio are wonderful owners. They keep everything clean and are always around if you have any questions. They have WiFi and charging stations under the big ten, along with lots of tables and chairs. It’s a perfect location for events at the race track. Thank you for a fun weekend! We look forward to next year!
I can't say enough about our experience at Ruiz Parking. Belinda and Sergio's spot was absolutely perfect for our COTA weekend. We called them last minute, and they provided a parking place for us as well as power and water hookups for our rented RV at a very affordable rate! We have three big dogs with us, and their spot was extremely dog friendly! Fire pits, BBQ pits, and a beautifully lit common area were huge perks of the spot, as well as the hot shower! They had hot coffee out in the morning, and made anything available to us that we would have needed. We were able to wake up and walk a couple hundred meters to the parking lot outside Turn 1 of the track. We will absolutely be staying here for future F1 and MotoGP experiences.
Belinda and the entire Ruiz family are AMAZING! So inviting and friendly! They are the PERFECT place to stay when coming to an event at Circuit of Americas. Make the trip out of your stay and stay here! Especially, if you are a worker and live far- y’all, you can see lot T from this lot! The Ruiz family, have decked out their campgrounds with well manicured grass, plenty of trash cans, picnic tables- two sets- covered and uncovered, grills, portable potties and portable showers with HOT WATER- THEY EVEN HAVE WIFI, Y’ALL! Plus, complimentary dinner every night, and every morning- muffins and hot coffee! It’s at a very AFFORDABLE price and well deserving of TIPS! -From a first time visitor and now returning customer! This is the place to be!
