I receive excellent customer service from Johnny Roger at this location time and time again! He always answers questions with a smiling face and brightens my day with a simple greeting upon entry. I’m consistently impressed with the hard work the staff puts in to give everyone a positive, clean environment to exercise in. This is absolutely my favorite Planet Fitness location I’ve visited this far, props to the staff + management!
Stole 9+ months of my money because I was deployed to Korea. Wouldn't accept my deployment orders as reason to cancel my subscription. Never ever will I support this scammy company again.
Love Planet Fitness! Kevin is an awesome trainer. Very clean gym. Not how to write a second review but JR is awesome! He greets me with a smile and says my first name. He is one of the best with superior customer service skills.
I come to this gym as a member and I've always said it was the cleanest gym I've been too! Last night I witnessed the midnight girl on her knees cleaning pipes under the sink.... PIPES! now that is dedication
Front desk crowds around doing pretty much of nothing. Lazy. Not attentive. Barely friendly.
I've tried to be patient & understanding but this gym is a joke. Had to come in 3 separate times in person to cancel my membership, and they still billed me 4 months past when I canceled. Their customer service is nonexistent and they will give you the go around and refuse to cancel your membership. Please spend your money somewhere else if you can afford to.
One of the most ripped pfs ive been to, as far as the people go, super clean as well. Allows semi truck parking
I recommend getting the planet fitness black card. There are several planet fitness is in the surrounding area, Austintown, Butler, Newcastle. Niles, Boardman… take your pic! With the black card you can choose any planet fitness worldwide. You can bring guests, use the tanning bed, use the massage chairs and you get 50% off of drinks. The gyms are clean with plenty of equipment and free weights. The lockers are in good condition, and the toilets and showers are maintained. Bring your headphones plug them into the machines, and there are several televisions you can choose from through Planet Fitness provided Wi-Fi. Do not forget to take your lock to lock the locker while you use a free locker during your time of visit. When you leave, don’t forget to take everything with you from the locker. Associates are helpful and very friendly. So don’t worry if you want to joint and need help because you don’t know how to use a piece of equipment, they will come and show you, just ask!
Great place. The staff needs to do a better job of enforcing the wipe off rule. If you go there wipe off everything before you use it. The compliance is pathetic.
Nice affordable gym, great customer service, well maintained and clean.
