Hidden Lakes Dental Care is a family friendly dental practice.

Started in 1989 in Bolingbrook, we have always been dedicated to high quality friendly care and because of this our practice has grown. With growth, we needed to move to a larger, state of the art facility.

We also saw the need to add staff, doctors and expanded hours to better serve our patients.

I had a medical emergency that needed immediate care. My appointment ended being a very expensive consult and over $300 x-ray of one tooth. I was asked to schedule a second appointment. Initially I was rushed through signing paperwork because the doctor was ready to see me. I scheduled a second appointment which I ended having to cancel the same day. I’m now being charged $75 for canceling the one appointment. I called and asked if they could make a one time exception and remove the charge as I was rushed through signing paperwork and really didn’t know. I know now moving forward. They refused to drop the charge. I was sent to collection with an additional $25 late fee. You would think the receptionist would’ve at least warned me about the cancellation fee when I called to cancel. I’m a nurse in the healthcare field and this truly shows they are in for the money. Shining Smiles is a very good dentistry. I used to go to the one in Riverside and found one in Bolingbrook. They are very caring and understanding and they work with your budget. Plus, the place looks amazing and they offer water and coffee while you wait.
It was my first time at Hidden Lakes Dental. They were well prepared ahead of time, knowing my situation. They did great to reinstall my crown and did great working and reworking until it fit perfectly. They were very friendly, professional and did a very good service for a very reasonable price.
I was charged a $60 fee for missing an appointment during the peak of covid. Then they charged interest & sent it to collections. I see below they've excused someone's appointments multiple times before charging them once, which is odd considering it seems I was charged right away. This dental office obviously has no compassion. I have no interest in going to this office. I appreciate the reply. Unfortunately, my opinion hasn't changed. Quite a petty charge.
I would no longer recommend this practice to anyone. After being a patient of this office for 19+ years out of the blue we received a call last night that our insurance will no longer be honored and it will cost 150.00 out of pocket for a routine cleaning. My wife was just in the office on January 2 and not one person said a word about this. Very disappointed At this poor patient care. My wife is in the middle of several procedures and now must seek care elsewhere. Beware!
Between 2010 and 2013 I had extensive dental work done at this office. The dentist knew that I was in the military and my command would make sure that my dental readiness was a priority this dentist claimed that my gold crowns done just a few years earlier were inferior and in need a replacement. Because my medical readiness required a clearance from the doctor I trusted him and went forward with the procedure only to have severe pain requiring me to seek a second opinion. The dentist claims that the remaining gold work in my mouth must be replaced however every dentist since then has insured me that the work is proper and does not need to be replaced. Now less than 10 years after the work was done at hidden Lakes one of my crowns done by this office has failed I do not recommend anyone to go to this office. In addition to the faulty work the office told my coworkers about my dental procedures likely being a violation of my Hyppa rights
My dentist closed down a while ago so I had no dentist. I had very bad pain in a tooth and didn't know where to turn. Was told about Hidden Lakes by a friend and gave them a call. They got me in the very next day and they could not have been nicer. It was a huge problem tooth and they were AMAZING!!
We have been doing business with Hidden Lakes Dental for years. They are simply the best! We hope you all have a great 2023!
I have been going to Hidden Lakes as my go to dentist for many years. The staff is great! Can't say enough good things about this place!
Dr Bachinski always listens and advise the best treatment to obtain superb results. The staff is personable and welcoming . Also the newly renovated waiting area is so warm and inviting.
Dr. B is always super friendly and upbeat. She is very honest and knowledgeable. All the staff make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend Hidden Lakes Dental.
