Highland City Police Department

The lady that answered my call was very polite and serviced me well as to the police they never showed up and when I called to get updated about a show up time they said “ they are handling life and death situations, they will be with you as soon as they can “ I understand the police have other calls but servicing me is important as well and responding to someone that way instead of just saying “we will be with you shortly” I think speaks for itself and the poor service the police who are supposed to serve and protect us all are offering. I waited over 2 hours I was not rushing them but I guess they chose who to serve and protect first. Thank you for your service and God bless us all .

I have discovere today that my License Plate Number was stolen. I called the Police Dept in Highland and a very helpful lady dispatch officer asked me few information then sent an Officer Dominick who filed a report for me. This was my first interaction with a law inforcement officer Officer Dominick and I was so impressed for his professionalism. Thank you for your help Officer and thank you for protecting our City.

Love Law Enforcement and the Military already, but after I had the chance to do a ride along with Deputy Brown, I had a different outlook and understood the job is more difficult than what us civilians see. Thank you for the awesome time, and thanks to the ride along, I am now applying to be an Explorer for the California Highway Patrol!

I was pulled over today by Officer. Kline and he issued me a fix it ticket.. I should have had my car towed. I was driving when I shouldn't have been.. This officer looked past the issue and saw a mother with two sick kids in a bad situation and gave me a strong warning. I want to say Thank you sir and I appreciate you.

Lost my iPhone and they retrieved it about a month later! They have the best Santa clause parade every year! I think their police officers need PR training as they aren't good about relating to the public

They impounded my car from walmart then would hang up on me when i called to find out where it was taken to and then hung up on me again when i called back to see where i can request a hearing since i had a valid permit to move vehicle. Unprofessional and in total violation of us code 18 and 4 amendment violation. Shame.ful.

I'm noticing, as a homeless person, that drug trafficking and use mean very little to several of the residents. I'm noticing that at even the most mundane are of society violence is a common mental to physical then verbal threat with unwillingness to discontinue or leave the drug trade and search reasonable resolution. I'm noticing persons attempt to use psychology in public of licensure that is not obtained. Highland has a problem, but that problem is not the police. Damage to local area seems to be resident retribution. Bad antics.

I used to have an attitude highland police officers San Bernardino County Sheriff's department I even went to jail for domestic violence I lost my baby mama she took off and took my daughter for and even though I'm upset I'm proud of her for standing up. I'm doing the right thing staying away from her I need to work on myself and get right thank you once again SBCSD

was not given the time and day. I want to report a car accident I was in and was brushed off and was told to do it on line. worst costumer service ever!

Very poor. I thought here in America you were innocent until proven guilty. Instead officers like to air allegations in front of your neighbors. Definitely not professional.
