This was an amazing first experience as a new patient! I followed my dental hygienist Carole that I have been going to for over 15 years. Dr. Anna Spencer was such a polite, kind, caring dentist who took the time to thoroughly look my teeth over, and perform sensitivity tests to make sure I didn’t have any jaw/teeth issues. Carole is so sweet, easy to talk to, and most importantly thorough which is why I have been going to her for so many years, she always does an amazing job! The dental assistant Hayley was so kind, made me feel comfortable, and was so easy to talk to. She was great about explaining what she was doing when taking the X-rays and going over each process with me. Kelly the Office Manager/insurance coordinator was so nice, and helpful. She explained my insurance benefits to me, and went over all costs/recommended treatments with me thoroughly. Beautiful office, great staff, and location. I had a great experience. Everyone was extremely nice. Dr Spencer was very knowledgeable, took time with me and explained things very well, she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Kelly the office manager was very friendly and nice , she explained everything very well and gave me a chance to ask questions. The dental assistant was good and nice , she seemed to be able to anticipate what Dr. Spenser would need. I really enjoyed my visit and highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone.
Great people and many feel during my appointment. Very personable staff. If I lived closer I would definitely make them my full time dentists office.

Highland oaks dentistry is a wonderful office. The office staff is exceptional. They are very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. The Dr. is amazing. She is kind and has a gentle touch. She explains everything that she is doing and really gets your input on your care. She takes your needs and comfort very seriously. I have high anxiety with the dentist and she has made me very comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend her office.
I cannot recommend this facility highly enough. I went today as a new patient for a check up and cleaning. Matt was super friendly, informative, and great at making me feel at ease for my appointment. He gave me the most thorough yet pain free cleaning and check up that I've ever received. Dr. Sanders was very thorough, friendly, and seemed to genuinely have my best interests in mind. Not interested in up-selling or recommending unnecessary treatments. I will 100% be going back to Highland Oaks and will be recommending them to everyone I know who is in need of a good dental facility!
Dr. Spencer and the Highland Oaks dentistry staff are wonderful! This was my first visit and everything went very smoothly from the X-rays to the cleaning. They have an in house discount plan which is very affordable. I would highly recommend them.
I was very impressed on how they took the time to go over my chart and look at the X-rays. The staff explained everything and made sure, I was aware of everything that was going on before taking the next step. They made sure I was comfortable. Every staff I talked to were very nice and professional. I have every intention of going back for sure.
Really great office. Staff is very friendly and made myself and my children feel comfortable. We were seen right at our appointment times and the hygienist and doctor were personable and thorough. Dr. Sanders was so great treating my two children. Really can't say enough nice things.
