I've been going to this group for about four years and every time they have been extremely kind. Always on time, always accommodating and so very friendly. They will check insurance coverage to make sure it's covered but if not they will give an estimate and let you make the decision. And they are not pushy.
I LOVE THIS DENTIST OFFICE!! All of the girls are so sweet!! The dentists are straight forward and communicate everything so well!! You can really tell the staff loves where they work. Most people hate the dentist, but I always am excited to come here. Always a pleasant experience!
I am truly and deeply scared of the dentist. This was hands down the best experience of have ever had! Dr Williams was wonderful she gave great advice and my exam was easy peasy, her bra side manner was absolutely lovely and comforting. The real star was Bailey she did a fantastic, pain free, judgment free cleaning. Hands down the best experience I have ever had, thank You all so much
I’ve always had traumatic experiences with the dentist and was not looking forward to this visit. I was visibly nervous, and terrified as soon as I walked through the door. Despite my skepticism, Avery and the staff were incredibly friendly and patient with me during the whole process. This was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with the dentist.
Rosie is my sister & in a wheelchair. She's the one that really enjoys the staff at Hudson Oak Dental. They treat her with kindness, explain what they are going to do, so she understands. She likes to have fun with the staff. They are great!!
I contacted Hudson Oaks Family Dentistry in the morning and was able to get a same day appt. For a problem tooth Great service from my initial point of contact when I called in, my dental assistant, Dr. Carr and on check out. Although just getting started First impression of how it will go is positive.
If I could leave no stars I would. This place used up my insurance to take X-rays of my teeth and tell me that they can’t help me that I would need to spend THOUSANDS of dollars, wait more days in agonizing pain, and go see an oral surgeon. Sent me home with 3 abscessed teeth, and NOTHING to help the pain. The dentist told me she didn’t see any signs of infection, but sent me home with an antibiotic as a precaution. Yesterday, I went to a different place for a second opinion. I called them at 8 am, had an appointment for 9 am, and I walked out of their office at 11:30 with all 3 teeth removed and feeling better. That dentist told me that even after being in antibiotics for 3 days that amount of infection was bad. It was to a scary point. When I told that dentist what this dentist had told me, they were FLOORED. Do not waste your time in going here unless you’re doing a routine cleaning. I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt like this review was a must to inform other people like me out there.
Time to find a new place. Been coming here for a few years. This place has changed for the worse. They are expanding and need to grow revenue to support the expansion. Told me I needed a lot of extra stuff and that I should come back every 3 or 4 months. They didn’t even clean my teeth. Then started taking about finance options. The hygienist was painful as well. I didn’t have any cavities and nothing out of the normal but wouldn’t clean my teeth and said I needed to come back for several visits including cleaning one side and then the other on separate visits.
Very friendly, caring, and quick. I called Monday morning with a tooth that was hurting. They tried to fit me in the same day but got me in the next day and fixed my issue on the same day. So glad since we were about to leave for vacation and I didn’t want to be in pain while on vacation.
Very friendly staff. Excellent chair side manner. Explained everything in detail and very modern! I haven’t been to the dentist in quite some time, but I’ll be going back here!! Thank you!
