Dr. Poet and her staff were accommodating and incredibly thoughtful throughout our visit. We were traveling and needed to euthanize our beloved pet Guinea pig as he was suffering greatly after a long life. They made a space for us and treated the process with respect which meant a lot to our family, but especially my daughter who was the chief caregiver for Lucky. In addition, they made the procedure affordable despite the urgency. Thank you!

Dr Poet and her staff are wonderful! I had an emergency with my bearded dragon and they were able to fit me in last minute for treatment. Dr Poet is extremely knowledgeable about reptiles and everyone interacted with were friendly and professional.

Clean facility, friendly staff and a Doc who prescribes reasonable and cost effective treatment plans. Offered multiple treatment paths and never felt pushed or sold into a decision.  Wellness check was exactly the same cost as quoted on the phone and appointment was on time.

The staff here are very nice to talk to and informative so that is amazing. But I just got my conures feathers and nails trimmed and was told they were clipped to look aesthetically pleasing and allowing her to glide at least, and instead got my bird back with her outter feathers cut straight acrossnot flight feathers, and a really short nail clipping. It seems other people have also had issues with wing clippings here so I would recommend not coming here for that. I was also called while I was in the parking lot and charged $9.50 on a seperate fee from the exam fee for the phone call when we sitting in the parking lot as instructed, if we couldve walked inside, there wouldnt have been a $9.50 charge for talk to my face‍‍

Dr. Poet is wonderful and the rest of the staff is so friendly and helpful! Even Sebastian the office cat seems to care about our pets . We've taken both of our cats and our Corgi there at various times and have always been very pleased with the care they received.

Great first visit.  The person at the front counter was very nice, and the lab tech as well.  Dr. Poet gave us great advice and we didn't feel rushed or like we were asking silly questions.  Very happy!

Highland is great!! They are super friendly and very affordable compared to other vets in the area.

We are very fortunate to have a bunny savvy vet in Central Oregon.  The staff is friendly and helpful.   Charges were very reasonable compared to other vets I've seen,  and as a bonus, Dr. Poet is wonderful.     She is very down to earth and listened to my concerns, then offered great solutions.   My two previous vets have left town for other opportunities,  so I was worried about starting over.  I'm so thankful I found another vet I can trust.

The people are super great. They have very fair pricing and answer all of your questions with patience! It is a little faded looking, but I feel good bringing my dog here.

The staff was very friendly. The doctor was sweet, gentle and very knowledgeable. We had a very good experience.
