Mountain View Animal Hospital

My dog has always been healthy. Now, he's had a few issues & the doctors & staff were/are so amazing over four visits. Most doctors in my life have a been short-sided, have poor bedside manners, and only care about the fee's they're about to charge me. Dr. Kelsie & Dr. Huff and staff are the sweetest I've ever known. They loved my dog, seemingly like I do. I'll pay more for that type of consideration, any day!

Do not recommend!!! Quoted me $165 in the exam room charged me $250 at checkout. Said they just gave me the wrong price, refused to honor quote or even give any discount. Would not have taken the extra shots for my dog if they had been honest about theor prices.

The way that the staff interacts with the animals is definitely top notch, I really appreciate how slow and patient they handled my nervous dog when going to the vet. Initially I would’ve given a raving 5 star review because of this, but towards the end of my visit the vet discussed how it was an option to give my dog flea medication and a heart worm treatment, I said okay and without any further discussion I was charged for my visit and the medication. Later that day I got my receipt from the visit emailed to me and found that the medications were over $150. Having not opened them, I hoped to return them but since they went to my house I was unable to. This is the thing that makes me not trust the medical field, when they sell you something without explaining the need, or the cost and just giving it to you. Very frustrated with feeling like I was not given the choice so I’ll be finding a new vet.

Amazing staff. Very caring and friendly. They were absolutely wonderful when my dog was passing. And great with our new pups. 5+ stars for the staff and quality of care, 3 stars for the high prices.

They are Fear Free certified, look it up. They have compassionate veterinarians and staff. The owner, Dr. Huff has 20 years experience.

Great Vets here, you can instantly tell how much they care for animals and want to help them. And it costed less than the redmond vet clinic

Highly recommend Mountain View Animal Hospital. The staff is friendly, upfront and willing to work with you. We make the drive from Bend and it’s well worth the trip.

They took in my Maggie on a weekend when she wouldn't stop throwing up. They had to do surgery and took such good care of our kitty. Great staff too!

They have taken wonderful care of my dogs and cat.
