Great place to walk and watch the ducks. Trail has distance markers on wooden posts. You can see turtles pop their little heads up out of the water as well. There's a small playground for kids.
I always bring my son here. He luvs to feed the ducks and can't get enough of the playground!
Great park! We have soccer practice here every season and don't have any issues with others enjoying the park. We have flown a kite here as well and it has good open areas for them. Kiddos like the playground and the restroom is in good condition.
Recommended place for refreshment in morning, afternoon or evening. The environment, lake, ducks or The chirping of birds can give you eternal peace

Nice park! This park has running tracks which is always a plus! Idk why parks wouldn’t have running tracks/paths or sidewalks.
Peaceful. Walking/Running track. Lots of friendly ducks! Canada Geese in the Winter. It's close to where I live so I hang out there a lot.
One of the best place for walking, jogging, and meditating. Very quiet park. You will enjoy feeding ducks.
hands down, the nicest & most well kept park in lubbock. i just wish the trail was longer, amazing scenery though! 10/10 recommended running here :
