Hill Top Acres is a membership based food co-op and Farm Store. We bring fresh, organic and ethically raised foods and products to our members.

"We are a local membership market and naturally gluten free micro bakery, specializing in sourdough breads made with alternative whole grains and seeds. We offer our members organic veggies, organic and plant based yogurts and cheeses as well as many bulk and case share items year round and a seasonal CSA option with Fiddle Foot Farms from June to October. To learn more about becoming a member of our local market please contact us through our website.Items are pre-ordered by our members each week and picked up on Wednesday with a member selected time slot, so while you are welcome to come visit us, most items are pre-sold on a Wednesday market."

Our family has been part of Hill Top Acres Organic Member Market and Bakery for two years and have enjoyed every minute.  The baskets that we receive weekly are well thought out and always of the highest quality.  I haven’t seen the inside of a grocery store for sometime, anything we want we are able to purchase through Hilltop.  It is a delight to deal with Marcy and Nigel, they are always so helpful and accommodating.  Joining The Hilltop Family was one of the wisest decisions we ever made.

Hilltop Acres is a hidden gem! Especially for gluten free products. Marcy is so knowledgeable and passionate about food, where it’s been sourced and it’s impact on the environment and the body. So you know that anything you buy will be the best of the best. Her gluten free baked goods are spectacular!

Oh my goodness! Just discovered this lovely place! Marcy makes all the gluten free sourdough bread herself, plus yummy treats! I just had a slice of the teff sourdough and I am in heaven! The almond butter cookies are to die for! You can call and order ahead so it’s ready for pick up Wednesdays. I will definitely be back as a regular! Thank you!!

As a member of 10 years plus, I can tell you that Hill Top Acres is amazing! Warm and friendly, always welcoming. The weekly basket has a variety of local, high quality fruits and veggies to choose from. As well, the online catalog has almost everything I need so that my visits to the big chain grocer are very few. And don’t get me started on the baking!

Marcy and the team at Hill Top Acres literally changed my life. I was diagnosed with celiac disease in my early 20s and I had developed a very unhealthy relationship with food, always double checking labels and always feeling stress and anxiety when it came to what to eat. I also have a young family and I'm always trying my best to do my part for the planet as well as our health when it comes to buying sustainable, local, organic and green. When I came across one of Marcy's Gluten Free Sourdough breads at a farmers market at the beginning of the pandemic, I decided to give it a try. It was the best bread I'd eaten in a decade!!!! I literally cried... most gluten free breads are awful... the one from Hill Top was like I was in a dream and I needed more of it in my life!!! I joined the market family and have never looked back. We order a weekly basket of beautiful fresh, local produce, gluten free sourdough bread, gluten free cookies they are very addictive, the most amazing large box of Shiitake mushrooms, she sources this vegan gluten free ice cream from Toronto that's heavenly.... I could go on forever... I am able to do nearly all my grocery shopping through Hill Top, only rarely needing to order from another farm or stop at a grocery store. I love that anything that they put on their website,  I know has been thoroughly vetted first for being gluten free, organic, and incredible quality and often fair trade as well!.  Marcy and the team at Hill Top are so helpful and kind.  I feel so fortunate to have found them and I so look forward to my weekly pick up!

This place is how my family is able to eat healthy organic and Local!! Amazing farm fresh produce! The bakery items are outstanding and by far the best gluten free I’ve tried. So very glad to be a member of Hilltop.

HIll Top Acres is a wonderfully well-organized community hub and Marcy has fostered strong connections with her suppliers.  She makes it her business to be knowledgeable about the latest trends in food and diet, and her nurturing spirit creates a warm environment and welcome for all.

Love Hilltop Acres!  Great produce and yummy gluten-free baked goods.  Marcy has created a lovely community for people that want to shop for goods that are made locally and sustainably.

Excellent selection of high quality organic produce locally sourced when possible. One stop shopping for larger size bags of flours and oats as well as local maple syrup, honey and so much more.  I have been order weekly from Hilltop Acres for over 10 years.

Great gluten free home made bread made with top quality ingredients. Locally sourced meat and vegetables. Also organic and environmentally conscious products. Love the food experience here. A family touch to the care in selecting the best food and products for the healthy minded.
