Doctor and Staff are great! Our Miss Queen Piper loves to have a car ride to see you all, but wants to leave once she gets in the office. Every doctor here is awesome. They are clean, organized and have comprehensive services. They even have boarding which gives me peace of mind knowing my dogs are safe and well cared for while I am away. I trust them immensely.
From the moment we walked in we were greeted and treated very well. When we got in the exam room, the girl was very gentle and gave our cat a treat. Dr. Suchy was very gentle with our cat and we liked her immediately. She took very good care of our cat and we are very pleased. We plan to take all our animals there in the future. Yesterday our two-year-old golden got a ball lodged deep in his throat. When I realized this I put him in the car called Hinsdale animal Hospital to let them know what was going on and that I would be there shortly. When we arrived 30 seconds later they were standing outside, waiting on us. They scooped him up ran him inside and were able to remove the ball a few minutes later I cannot say enough about the staff that was there yesterday. From the front desk, to the technician to the vet they were all so compassionate and helpful! I truly felt like it was all hands on deck for us! Thank you!! Tracy
Dr. Anthony Mendoza was very knowledgeable, caring , listened, patient and explained very well. It is always a challenge for us because my wife is visually impaired. All the staff was very helpful, patient, kind and caring. This was a very nice Vet experience for us and our dog Sassy. We greatly appreciated it.
Dr. Ploman was amazing! Extremely thorough and knowledgeable in regards to our dogs condition. Exceeded our expectations. We have boarded at Hinsdale before however have never had our dog treated there. We’ll definitely be back! Please continue to hire more Docs like Doctor Ploman!
The staff is always pleasant and very supportive. Dr Suchy is FANTASTIC!! Always friendly and is great with putting our pets at ease. She is caring and thorough, and provides useful information to keeping our dogs happy and healthy. She takes the time to ask questions and fully explains what care that is needed in an easy to understand manner. She is our go-to reliable resource!
Had Dr. Souchy looking after Fitz again and was great with him. Facility and staff were great. Got us an appointment 2 hours after we called, was in on time and services were fast. Pup was back to normal within 24 hours. Another great experience. Cannot recommend this place enough.
The employees at the clinic really care for your pets! I needed to see a vet last minute for my cat and they got me in immediately! Dr. Mendoza was great, explaining everything to me and treated my cat very professionally. He personally called the next day to go over my cats bloodwork with me, which I really appreciated.
