A old guy who picked up my phone was so rude. He didn't try to listen to and understand what I wanted to talk about at all and he seemed to just try to hang up the phone as soon as possible. I'm not going to call this place again. Never. It was just so uncomfortable.
Called in and Shota Sakamoto answers phone was asking price of ticket from lax to Tokyo for November 2019 and he hung up phone. I called back and asked for his boss he said call back Monday. Guess he didn’t want to speak English , but I can speak Japanese.

I used it for a PCR test when I returned to Japan. After scanning the QR code and entering the necessary information, we will send you an email, and after receiving the email from primary.health, you will be tested. It took some time to enter the information, but the staff kindly explained it to me. Our family chose the nasal cavity. I was worried about putting it all the way in, but it's okay. The test ends with identity verification, instructions on how to do it, a cotton swab inserted into the left and right nostrils, twirled 10 times each, and the sample stored. I got the results by email about 6 hours later. Open the Japanese version, take a screenshot, attach it to My SOS, and you're done. I was told that it would be a good idea to print it out on paper just in case, so I was told that FedEx could do it, but they printed it the next day.
