Ive lived here for over a year and it has been a TRIP. It’s dangerous, cars are constantly getting broken into, the maintenance men can be rude sometimes but there is a nice one and he knows who he is! Were getting fined for not mowing our lawn for two days, although we couldn’t because we had a tornado watch and it has been storming continuously for the last couple of days. We never know when the trash is actually coming, the bags pile up like crazy. Theres an open man hole on one of the back roads, I pray no one gets hurt. Overall its a good place if you’re low on money, but don't expect much more than this. Theres many more issues I'm not going to go into. I wish that this place was safer most importantly.
Lived here now for almost two years. At first it seemed like positive things were going to happen. Wrong! Management is horrible. They have issues in here all the time. We have the police regularly in the park. Management advertises well maintained homes and amenities- the pool hasn’t been opened, the vacant lots are hardly cut and they fine you if you don’t cut yours. You report issues to the office and nothing is done to correct them. Took 9 months to fix a door that was leaking through the wall. Still waiting to get the front door fixed. The street light near me has been out for over a year. Nothing is done to the neighbors who literally fight outside - and cars are driven into neighbors homes and the person who did it still comes in the park. My car was hit last summer by someone who speeds in the park all the time. Thankfully they are finally gone. I had a plumbing issue shortly after moving in and Lindsey in the office told me to get a plunger. It was three days before the plumber came. The plumber cut tree limbs out of the line for over an hour. Paperwork signed by the doctor turned in five times for disability accommodation was done - at my cost. That took 8 months to get approval to get it done. Kept being told sorry we misplaced it. There are other issues…. And honestly I don’t think the park cares. It appears sell/rent at any cost and then that’s the end of it. The background screening process isn’t working because we have sex offenders living in the park, and they claim to not know it. It is nothing like what I was told when I moved in. You go in the office to ask questions and you get attitude. You ask for a receipt for your rent, attitude. So thankful I decided not to buy and rent instead. If this wasn’t convenient for my medical care, I’d be gone.
This neighborhood was nice when I moved in 2022, it has since declined rapidly. Cars being broken into, rocks being thrown through windows, homes being broken into, resident's doing shady deals using other resident's addresses causing innocent resident's to be targets. The office's response to this is setting up a camera in the very front of the park, which doesn't help when federal crimes are being committed by resident's inside of the actual park in the middle of the night. The solution is having camera's installed on the streets to be able to track where these problemed individuals are coming from/going to - to assist with police investigations and deter crimes, but ensuring a safer community is out of their budget apparently. Stay far away from this place unless you have a ton of money to supply your own security system to monitor the exterior of your home on all 4 sides. If they could reallocate some of their profits to ensure a safe community, this place would be great. Instead, residents have to live with constant paranoia and fear of their cars and homes being broken into.
Park is under new management and being renovated. Affordable brand new manufactured homes. Pet friendly, quiet community.
Unfortunately my partner and I really wanted to move here but our experience with leasing agent Kathleen was downright awful. If you have a dog definitely don't go here as their breed restrictions are incredibly strict, it's terrible. We had to have the vet change our dog's breed to something else just for them to not allow him still. I'm really upset as I was looking forward to living here.
Ella head manager of park is AMAZING. I had some concerns once moved in and reached out to her…she immediately got to work and created a solution for my family that exceeded my expectations. Sometimes you run into a few wrinkles in your plan.,.but she put our happiness and expectations first and I am so incredibly grateful for her hard work.
I’m truly not one to typically complain, but they should really consider hiring a snow plow company rather than relying on their MAINTENANCE technicians to plow the property. My side street is never plowed in a decent or reasonable time. Today, I’ve been trying to leave my side street since 6 am for work and appointments I have. I have gotten stuck 3 times and still haven’t made it off of the side street. My boyfriend is also a maintenance tech for another management company and is on call for emergencies, to me it’s concerning he won’t be able to leave for an emergency if he is called into work. By 10 AM I finally got through to someone at the office. She wasn’t all that pleasant to speak with and I was basically told I’m SOL until they make it to our street. Which again is why they should consider a company rather than 2 guys do to the whole property. It seems like because we have few occupied lots on our street we are very neglected with any snow or lawn care services. Hopefully they will consider much needed changes in the future!
Jamie was awesome! She comminuted with me very well during my entire moving process and she made sure everything was to my liking prior to moving in. Thank you Jamie, I love my new home!
my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. They have very professional staff definitely recommend this community!
Miss Jamie was the best from beginning to end! She was very knowledgeable of the house and property . Jamie answered every question I had and made sure my move in process was easy going. Before signing she took me and my kids to see to the property one last time so they could give there intake of the house because she said their opinion was just as important as mine because this was their home too. I look forward to many years in our new home
