We recently moved in a couple days ago. Although we had a hiccup with the fridge, Anna had someone come out immediately to bring us a new one. Their maintenance stays on top of requests. I've had nightmarish experiences with maintenance in the past and am glad to see I won't have that with Holiday Woods. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new home, to apply to Holiday Woods.
We recently moved in to Holiday Wood. We realized our fridge wasn't cooling properly. I messaged Anna and she had someone come out immediately and change it out. I would recommend Holiday Woods to anyone looking for a great place to live. The maintenance here fixes things in a timely manner. Anna is the landlord that you want.
The place itself is nice but beware that if you break your lease, you have to pay 2k AND forfeit your security deposit! I've never lived at a place that sucks you dry for breaking your lease. READ YOUR LEASE THOROUGHLY PEOPLE!
If i Could Give This Place 10 Stars I would , it’s very quiet and safe, Pet Friendly i have just moved in and i love it here !!! This is the place to move : Also without further ado Anna is amazing!!! She is super sweet, professional, and efficient with her job whenever I have questions. She answers right away and she was very helpful helping me find a home moving is not easy for anyone, but Anna made this process so much easier and I appreciate it so much and to be apart of this community Thank you : !!!
We love living here! We've stayed at lots of places and this is one of the best. Majority of the houses are new with more arriving each month. Neighbors are nice and the individual mobile homes give you some nice privacy. Anna is phenomenal at her job and ensured we've felt at home in Holiday Woods. Matt is a pro at fixing everything and has answered our work orders which have been few and minor on the same day.
Wonderful place to live! Staff very friendly and on top of things. Anna and Linda are awesome! would definitely recommend best experience I’ve had renting!
We moved in on the 17th of December. It's all brand new 2021 manufactured homes. I'm pretty sure we are some of the few people actually living here now because everything is being redone. New homes are coming in on the daily. ALL NEW. New homes with redone lots. Brand new appliances AND a washer and dryer!! I love that we moved in at the beginning of their revamp. I think its super awesome we get to watch this place grow. We have a little place of our own and with a yard once the grass grows lol. It's less than $900 for all new everything. I found this place and within a week we signed our lease. It was the easiest transaction and the background check/application fee was only $25 a person so that was awesome. The ONLY FLAW is that it's super hard to get internet atm because the homes are so new so no addresses are verified yet. We ended up finding a providerdont go with ATT who we now need to make another appointment with because the guy couldn't install because the address isn't verified. Good thing my boyfriend is tech savvy so we are okay with the situation. Other than that WE LOVE IT. LINDA IS AMAZING. We are so appreciative of her getting us in a place so soon. Adding a picture of my boy Joe because he is super comfortable in the new place too
All these homes they packed in like SARDINES IN A CAN. No place to park, only 3 colors to pick from. BASICALLY THEY LOOK LIKE "PROJECTS"
We absolutely love our new home here at Holiday Woods! Everything went smoothly from the application process to move in, and Linda and Anna are awesome to work with! The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly!
Very nice and respectful & quick service & very helpful and amazing property homes.
