I love this store! Always had a great experience with friendly staff and a good selection. They do a great job keeping the floors clean and get customers in and out of the fitting rooms promptly!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I bought a dress a month or two back. The dress fit perfectly fine in store! No where on the dress or tag was there mentioned it is NOT machine washable or is not suitable for the dryer. I am outraged because my dress shrank so small it fit like a shirt. I looked ridiculous, I needed to wear the dress for a important event and I could not even take the dress off my head!! Not only did I have a bad experience with the dress I also had a horrific experience with the dressing rooms. The dressing rooms are the worst dressing rooms I’ve ever used. The curtains do NOT fully shut and there are constantly people walking by. There’s little to no rooms to move or change. 0/10 dressing room. FIX URSELF HOLLISTER… i want my money back NOW!!
So many great items good for teens!!
I purchased items online on December 6th. Money came out of my account for those items. I never received a tracking number. I called December 19th to get a tracking number... only to discover it said ordered, but that was it. Never shipped. Messaged to inquire and was told they would have to reship it. It was NEVER shipped. One of my items was no longer available. So I had paid for items that were never shipped to me. I get shipping is somewhat delayed, but to be charged for something and it never get shipped is terrible service! I am watching my account for a full refund and I will NEVER buy from Hollister online again.
Great customer service- cashier caught a flaw in the winter jacket I picked out, and got me a new one from the back. Love this brand and store!
As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted by a friendly assistant manger with a warm smile. She helped me, with my entire buying process, and all but became my personal stylist. Every penny that I spent in the store, felt well-earned.
Had to ask for a dressing room because the associates were on their phones. Then once in the dressing room had no where to hang/put the clothes I was trying on because there were so many clothes just left in there. Not a great experience. Would've tried on and purchased more but was definitely deterred.
My Grandson Brendon LOVES This place. Good quality selections. Treated him for his birthday. Jeans and tops on sale of course that's how I roll He was a happy camper My Son Paul loves this place also.
You can barely walk through the store to much product in the way
High quality clothes at a reasonable price. Very nice atmosphere and helpful employees. Personally I like the style of the clothes a lot but that is just my opinion. Great store for teenagers and back to school shopping.
