Mickey sent two techs into our home and one of them stole two pieces of jewelry. Mickey recovered one item from a pawn shop, but the most expensive piece was never recovered. Mickey promised to complete the repair on our hot tub without an additional charge above what we had already paid. That was two years ago. We’ve called too many times to remember. At least twice, Mickey reiterated his commitment to both me and my husband. Then he stopped answering our calls. Would not return messages. The repair was never completed. Zero ownership for hiring a tech with a record and not at the very least keeping his word to finish the job. Insult added to injury!

We got a hot tub problem on a Friday night.  Michael Holt got right back to me, and even came on Sunday morning.  He resolved the problem in a matter of minutes.  Awesome job!

Mickey Holt, is very professional, prompt and reliable,  Also, he has a very nice personality. Mickey diagnosed my issue and fixed my hot tub ASAP.  I have used other hot tub repairman in the past and I felt like they were wasting time and really were guessing at what they were doing at my expense.  Fortunately, Mickey is very knowledge and does not waste your time and his charges are very reasonable.  I highly recommend Mickey Holt.

Mickey is great and knows his stuff. He does high quality work. He can be slow with follow up appointments, but this probably has more to do with his suppliers than him. He also lives pretty far away from my house south of Charlotte. Regardless, he comes highly recommended for the quality of his work and easy going personality.

Mickey Holt is the best of the best. He was highly recommended to me  from the Jacuzzi dealership and my next door neighbor..He also has great reviews on line. His prices are fair, he thoroughly reviews your hot tub to make sure it is working properly and he does what it takes to make sure the customer is happy.  He works on several different hot tubs and you can trust he will do what it takes to help you. Thank you Mickey..Looking forward to doing business with you in the future. Either refurbishing mine, keeping mine working properly  or finding me a replacement hot tub..

Was referred by Home Advisor. Mickey came out. Spoke with husband. Said he would order parts. Never heard from him again. Tried to contact to no avail. Spoke to someone in his office. She said she would check on and call me back. Nothing. Poor customer service.
