Home Instead was very client focused with a true belief of keeping people in  their home as long as possible under safe and healthy conditions.  Their passion and compassion is exemplary. The staff is well trained, very patient and prompt.  Communication with family members is also prompt.  Very willing to be flexible with the needs of the client.  Great health assist company to use.

Have used two other in home providers in the past. I use providers for the care of my brother who has Parkinson’s and dementia. His care now seems to several levels above his other caregivers. I say that because he has had no bed sores or needed to have any trips to the hospital. I know this sounds odd but a lot more diapers and cleaning supplies are being used. I take it a sign of better care along with no bed sores.

I very highly recommend Home Instead- Kokomo for Senior care for your loved one. The owner-operators and staff are excellent, caring and flexible!!! I could not be more happy with the safe, professional care my mom is receiving from her lovely caregivers. And owner/management is very patient and understanding of requests and my adjustments to schedules. I have a great peace of mind knowing mom is cared for when I cannot be there with her. Thank you Kim & Cary Clouser and staff!!

Comforting to have my aunt safe and happy in her home.  Home Instead Senior Care is the answer to many prayers.
