We ordered 5 HTDesign Clark seats from HTMarket. I was hesitant to order the seats without trying them out first, but my concerns were over nothing. These chairs are supremely comfortable and high quality. Alan and Tom have been awesome to work with and always prompt in their communication. I can’t recommend HTMarket highly enough.
Love HT Market's Warwick seats! I’ve had a dedicated home theater room in my finished basement for the past 14 years, and these were a definite upgrade. Previous seating was good, but they were manual pull seats, so only 1 setting. Having the ability to adjust the recline on each seat is a huge plus with the new seats. The controls are easy to use and the seats recline easily. The seats are also very comfortable, with each seat coming with a removable tray table which is great for drinks, snacks, remotes and phones. The USB charger outlets on the controls are a great “nice to have” on all of the seats. Much easier way for me to charge my phone while watching a movie or bingeing a series! I used white glove service, which also went smoothly. They were in and out in less than an hour installing a row of 3 front row and 4 back row seats. Overall, the Warwick seats have been a great fit for my dedicated home theater and a welcome upgrade. I look forward to enjoying them with family and friends for years to come. Highly recommended!
I ordered 4 Warwick seats in brown leather and am 100% satisfied with these seats. I spent weeks researching every available seat and reading every post on AVS Forum regarding seating. In the end I wanted a high end seat with all the bells and whistles but not something that would break the bank. These seats fit the bill. I have teens and a dog who like to hang out with friends in our movie room so I wanted real leather but not one so delicate that it won't hold up to everyday wear. This is it, soft and comfortable leather, but substantial to the point I don't have to worry about the kids and the dog. If you are thinking of buying seats from HT Market do not hesitate, they are quality seats and the customer service is great.
I purchased two leather recliners from HTmarket to get my theater started. They were nicely leather upholstered and VERY substantial. Required two strong men to get them upstairs! Three years later when I enlarged/widened my theater seating area, I purchased a third chair from HTmarket because the two I had were holding up beautifully. Very good chairs, excellent value, and much more affordable than the lesser chairs available locally. Plus, I get lots of compliments on them.
I love the theater seating I got at HT Market. I got 2 4-seat Addison microfiber sofas. Not only were they very reasonably priced, but they are super comfortable. These are also the only microfiber theater seating that I was able to find anywhere. The guys who work here are also super friendly and great to do business with. I highly recommend HT Market.
We ordered 5 Hamilton seats that arrived yesterday. They look amazing and the quality is top notch. The one thing I would note is that these are not the original chairs we ordered- those were on backorder. However, our customer service person, Tom, took very good care of us and went what I felt was above and beyond to make sure we were taken of. I do appreciate that with this company you speak to a real person from the company and not a random outsourced cs team that hasn't a clue like amazon. The chairs themselves are on the firm side and very supportive. The motor is quiet and the range of motion is impressive. I can either watch a movie or have dental work done. lol. The buttons are super responsive and we love the arm storage in each chair. They definitely feel very high quality and should last many many years. pros: customer service quality product competitive pricing cons: website inventory isn't always accurate. If you need your chairs immediately, it might be a good idea to call/email beforehand to check stock status. Overall, I was left with a very positive impression of HTmarket and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for quality theater seating.
Absolutely fantastic experience at HT Market! I found HT Market thru AVSForum.com, where they have a huge following related to home theater seating. Based on the very positive feedback in the forum and my own research, I reached out to HT Market and worked worked with Tom to set up the seating in our media room in a new home that was under construction at the time. We were a little limited based on the width of the room, but Tom came up some great ideas for the best configuration. After numerous emails and idea exchanges with Tom, we decided to go with four Waveland seats in a configuration that would allow for either a row of four with a center loveseat, or two separate love seats. We put down a deposit, and HT Market held our seats until construction was completed on our house. We are now in our new house and our seats have been delivered. They look great and feel great. We look forward to enjoying them for a long time to come. I cannot say enough about how accommodating Tom and HT Market were during our research and purchase. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great home theater products and services.
Custom ordered 8 Sheffields in brown leather. Overall very pleased. Like a lot of people, I didn't have the opportunity to try them or any other HT seats in person prior to purchasing, but have zero regrets. A few of the boxes looked like they had been attacked by a grizzly bear when they arrived, but the contents were unscathed. The leather is soft and supple and has a high quality feel to it. The brown color is absolutely gorgeous. The cushions are medium firmness, supportive and very comfortable. Even for a space saver seat, the sitting area is plenty wide. The length of the chair works well for my 6'1" frame, but may feel a little short to anyone much taller. The motor mechanism is quiet, smooth and feels solid. Again overall I'm very satisfied with both the form and function of these seats. Optimistic they will provide much enjoyment for our family for years to come!
Alan and Tom of HTmarket.com were great to work with. They know their products inside and out and are capable of delivering helpful and accurate advice. I was very nervous about buying furniture online so I took the time to drive to htmarket showroom. Everything was just like I hoped. I ended up buying 4 Clark chairs and have had them for a while and really think they are comfortable great looking. Communication was always on point and delivery and set up went just as well and easy as they said it would. I have no problem recommending htmarket furniture to anybody. I found the youtube videos especially helpful in deciding on what model to select.
After demoing home theater seating at a local place and then experiencing sticker shock, I did some searching and learned about HTMarket and their stellar reputation in the home theater enthusiast community. I emailed them and they were quick to recommend a seating solution similar to what I had found, and I was able to purchase 7 seats for the cost of 4 of the other brand. Our Clark chairs have all the bells and whistles you could want: power recline, power headrest, power lumbar, LED cupholders and base, and memory controls for the power features. The lumbar support was a big one. I wasn't sure about putting them together myself so opted for the white glove delivery. They brought them in and set them up quickly and honestly I felt a little foolish for not doing it myself, but they did such a good job and did the heavy lifting I didn't mind the nominal cost for the service. The seating is every bit as comfortable as what we had sat in locally and everything works great. I have already been recommending them to everyone who sees and comments on them. I also appreciate how responsive and helpful they were in the buying process and during the time waiting for the seats to be shipped.
