Homegoods overall is an awesome team and this one is fantastic. The areas are clean and organized. Which allowed me to grab things I didn't even realize I wanted. Thank you for keeping the chaos to a minimum but still having a fantastic selection!
Went to this location and actually had a basket full of stuff, the problem was a bottle of shampoo had actually been opened and smushed, the manager WOULD not lower the price though there weren’t any other bottles available. I’m sure had I been white it wouldn’t have been an issue
So I have always liked this particular branch and have had amazing experiences there,but yesterday I vowed never to go back there. I had been double charged for an item and when I went back to have it rectified with proof their cashier ESMERELDA was sooo rude and abnoxious she made me feel like I was lying and just trying to scam them out of $15 whilst I had my receipt,her friend didn't get her name was literally bursting into laughter in my face the whole time i was there. I felt soo disrespectedand humiliated. It took the older cashier stepping in and trying to resolve it and she verified I was not wrong. Such horrible attitudes from young girls. Not worth the 1hr drive anymore.
Luck plays a role. You may like a number of things during one visit and won't find any of it in another visit. So get it when you like.
Love this HomeGoods! Always so clean and new finds every week. Quality, name brand home decor and accessories, for many tastes in style, at a discounted price! What more could a bargain hunter ask for?!
This is a good one to keep on your radar. The selection choices and service was very good. Happy I tried a different location.
I be always liked Home Goods but their prices are going out of control now. Especially in good items. Seems like they think they are a specialty store instead of a clearance discount house. You really have to search for the values now. $250 for a big yellow gnome? Come on! Its just a backyard decoration.
First time here and they have some interesting stuff. I bought a couple of kitchen items. Would go back! Update:. Bought some great rugs here.
They have a great selection, and especially during holiday times. I ha e found great things for my home in here without breaking the bank.
This location is horrible stopped by today around 7:15. The “manager” with red glasses and the other lady on duty were both racist. They will tell you and ask you TO NOT SPEAK SPANISH ON THEIR STORE GROUNDS. Mind you- I was translating for someone who’s primary language is not english. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Even before this interaction I saw the manager being rude to another person. If you don’t like your job go home. You racist lady.
