Southern Crescent Sports Foundation AKA H.O.P.E. Park is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping other people excel. In March 2017, SCSF built an all-accessible, all-inclusive playground at Big Spring, 64 Veterans Drive, McDonough, GA 30252. The park is open from sunrise to sunset every day. The pavilion can be reserved through HOPE Park.
H.O.P.E. Park and Our World (another non-profit) have joined forces to build a school for the special needs community on the H.O.P.E. Park Campus. In addition to the school, there will be a small aquatic center, equestrian center, workforce development for special needs adults, on site autism center, on site medical center, all-purpose building, climate controlled playground and baseball field, community garden, and adult living facilities.
