I just went to their office today to inquire about their long term rate for our RV. Upon entering, the office smelled like gingerbread cookies baking. Nice! The staff and the owner were present to answer all, of my many questions, regarding long term placement. I was impressed with their patience! I have also called several times to ask several questions, and the staff was always patiently answered my questions. We also drove around the campground several times and the grounds always seemed quiet and clean. The maintenance staff always was available to answer our questions about the campground, as well. I think this is a well maintained property with consistent staff.
Hard to find campground, the owner is trying to help with small signs. The entrance road goes thru a construction site which doesn't seem like it would lead to the resort. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. This was our second time staying here and they have been almost full each time. I imagine you wouldn't be able to get in here during the racing season. The owner recognized this and is adding more spaces. Laundry and showers are good, clean and operable.
We stayed here for a quick rest while on our way to Florida. Look for signage as the road to the campground goes through a construction site. Campground itself is nice and clean. Lots of shade and pretty trees. Close to Target and other shops, 30 minutes from Atlanta. Would stay here again.
Great location with trees around the sites. Nice waking up hearing the birds, plus it kept away the worst of the wind in the rainstorm. Look for the signage to get there, it's a temporary road thru some condo construction. Staff was terrific, very friendly with a personal escort to find the site, so helpful in the dark. Extremely clean bathrooms and showers, quiet place even tho it was full. We will be back!
We were long term campers here. It is owned by a family from India. They are using trade labor by passing employment laws. If the workers or slaves have to submit and obey. If they do not comply they get kicked off the property. Owners work with local cops.
We stayed just overnight, very close spots. We had a drive thru so that we didn't have to unhook our tow. We could hear the neighbors very clearly that were next to us. It was a challenge to get out of spot to leave the next morning. Had quite a few rv's. It was a nice spot for overnight
The park was easy to find if you follow the directions listed on their web site. There is a lot of construction going on as you near the park so it could be confusing. There is pavement all the way including inside the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic. This is the only park we have encountered that adds a surcharge if you pay by credit card. Not cool. This is hardly a resort. Landscaping doesn't exist. Our site, 06 was a dirt based pull through that was just barely long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services 30 amp, water cable and sewer were to the left side. Distancing is super close even for an urban park. There was not even enough room for the small picnic table. There was no grass or even gravel between sites just weedy dirt. Each site has a small table and fortunately NO fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was dumpy and dirty. Many permanent sites that were cluttered with "stuff". The park included FREE wifi was worthless. The cable TV was fuzzy and I believe it is a known problem as we were given a trouble shooting hand out on what to do “before calling the office” as part of our arrival package. Many people including us has their OTA antenna in use.. There were plenty OTA channels. Satellite might be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or showers nor did we check on there condition. There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be a poor overnighter. We paid $45.90 per night and we feel we received fair poor value. We will never be back.
Very noisy someone was playing music very loud all night. Heard the booming all night long couldn’t get any sleep. Very narrow sites and roads we couldn’t drive out had to back up camper to be able to leave. Wouldn’t recommend it a lot of permeant sites and looks trashy.
This place is awesome! The management was very accommodating. They allowed us to move picnic tables around for our impromptu BBQ. And while partying poolside the owner even brought out ice cream sandwiches for everyone. They even kept the pool open longer for us. The bath house was immaculately clean smelling the cleanest I've seen in a long time. Please do not hesitate to stay here of you're looking for an RV park to stay at.
Nicest people! Checked in and escorted to our site for a quick overnight stay. Roads were easy to navigate to a nice clean site with perfect access for our electric and water. The pool was very nice! Hector was so sweet! Great place with wonderful people right off the interstate.
