Horn O Plenty is a farm-to-table restaurant emphasizing locally sourced and organically grown meat, dairy and produce. The menu reflects the seasons of the local harvests. This "freshtaurant" serves lunch and dinner and a Sunday brunch. Our hand built, wood fired oven is at the heart of our restaurant. We believe in sustainability and environmental stewardship, and our mission is to excite and educate people about where their food comes from.

An incredible experience all around.  Food was delicious, service was great. Awesome family style restaurant. I had the Blackened Shrimp & Chorizo with dirty grits.  WOW!! My wife had the Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast with mushroom risotto. LOVED IT! Kids both had pizzas too much to finish on their own but they are brick fired. Definitely recommend and we'll be back. This unsuspecting gravel parking lot leads you to a 1730’s log and stone cabin that didn’t look open at first, but brave on as the windows are just tinted.  We sat in a beautiful covered outdoor seating area and enjoyed a cool evening breeze while we sipped home made sodas.  “The Vegan Pizza was fresh, delicious, good crust, light red sauce, no cheese, just simple.“ -Vegan Girlfriend  My Beer Cheese bacon burger came on a focaccia style brioche bread that was full of flavor, soft, but didn’t fall apart without being too hard to chew. The patty came well done without question, but the almost gravy like beer cheese stole the show!  Oh and don’t forget it’s BYOB. Our first time at Horn O Plenty! The burgers we got were pretty good. Lots of flavor and juicy. We did request our burgers to be cooked to medium, and they came out more like well done. That didn’t impact the flavor which was most important.  The house straw is ok; it comes with the burger and I’m not sure we would have taken it if provided with options for the side  The cheese cake was also pretty good. Lighter than we expected as it was baked. The caramel sauce was prefect; creamy and not too sweet.  A concern we have encountered when we received our bill was were presented with a cash price and a credit card price; with credit card being about $2.50 more than the cash. This wasn’t noted online, the menu or even the door as we entered the establishment. Although some people are under the impression that a lot of restaurants do this, why should this place be any different- the ability to accept credit cards and their fees should be factored into the cost of doing business. We as card holders shouldn’t pay the place we are eating at to use our card at their business when the issuer of our cards will assess an annual percentage rate to us for use depending on their terms. Had I seen this, we would have considered another option for our dining this evening.

The wife loved it here. The mushroom soup with big sourdough bread, already buttered was a meal on its own. She got the last ribs and they were HUGE. It was a whole meal for tomorrow.  Pleasant atmosphere.  I got the special, chicken parm and it was good. The cheesy bread sticks were great and more than I excepted.Food: 5/5

Delicious food at a decent price. Vegetarian and vegan options available. Staff do their job well. I do recommend switching your coleslaw for potatoes with cheese. As yummy as the slaw is, their potatoes are just on another level! They also have some amazing blueberry cheesecake.  Vegetarian options: Mushroom Melt

Horn O Plenty was an amazing place to stop and have a bite to eat. Even thought they were busy, we were seated promptly and the wait staff made the experience pleasant. My husband and I surmised that you could choose anything off of the menu and enjoy it. We will definitely stop in the future if we’re ever in this neck of the woods again.

My mom and I stopped for a small something to eat on our road-trip home. We just got some side dishes and they were amazing and we got the peach cobbler it was SO amazing and homemade with homemade whipped cream on it. It was so good I had to get one for the road and it’s just as good warmed up the next day!Food: 5/5

Asparagus soup was off the chain! Gyro  Flatbread was good and my husband really liked the grilled cheese and carrot cake. The Italian cream soda was really good as well.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my review!  Today we ate at Horn O Plenty, a farm to table restaurant! It's such a nice place and I love the inside!  On our menu was, creamy mushroom soup, chicken and rice soup, brisket sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, and kids herb chicken and broccoli. Bread pudding for dessert.  The creamy mushroom soup was amazing! Prominent mushroom flavor. It's not to thick of a consistency. Paired with their sourdough it's delicious. I had the chicken and rice soup. Carrots and celery heavy. It was really good. It had a nice flavor. It could have been seasoned a bit more to my taste buds but I was very happy with it. The pulled pork sandwich had a wonderful kick to it. The roll was nice as well. The coleslaw was OK. I wasn't a fan. The brisket sandwich was very smoky in flavor. Too fatty for my step dad's taste. He enjoyed the coleslaw. It's not a creamy slaw. Very fresh and crisp. The bread pudding was alright. Cold in the center.  Overall it was very good and we would come back! We were drawn to this place by the online menu and glad we came! Everything is so fresh and yummy. I had the award winning mushroom soup and have never had any so good. And my Greek salad was so plentiful and delightful. My husband had the blackened shrimp salad and loved it. Then dessert! Everything is made from scratch- we had to take it home , the servings were big, and so delicious.  Parking: Easy parking
