The service was excellent but unfortunately the food was not. The meats we're very dry and overcooked and every item on the salad bar was bland and not seasoned well, the deserts were average at best. The only thing going for them is that the restaurant looks nice and has a great atmosphere as well as the friendly staff.

Carrabba's Italian Grill was jam packed so me and some friends ended up here. Wow. When you walk in, the tantalizing aroma of meat cooking overwhelms the soul. For $35 or so per person, you one bottle of wine, two beers, cola, or sangria I chose a bottle of wine. A bottle!, All you can eat meats, salad/appetizer bar, and a dessert choice. I left stuff and satisfied. They'll cut off a piece of meat from a quarter and cook it to order. Plenty cuts available to select too. I had organ meats which I crave on occasion. The grilled pineapple goes fast so get it when it's available and eat it later. Great time!

I was excited when I heard this was opening in Woodbridge, I had previously been to the locations in Miami and absolutely loved it. The meats were good but the salad bar didn't have as many options and some of the things looked like they had been sitting there for a while. The empanadas were a bit dry.  I will be going again and I will still recommend it to people.

A bunch of steak. No options for who doesn't like beef. I thought they have salmon. All of it was pretty good. I love a desserts.

Selection of food is amazing especially considering the price. But the service could be better. The wait staff looks depressed. The chef serving the meat didn't seem to understand my request. Asked for medium-rare and I received well done meats. Notwithstanding the flavor is very good and the meat selection for lunch is impressive. If you want good food and variety this is a place to go, but a good customer service experience won't be had here.

Go ready to eat a lot!! Variety of meat pork,chicken,cow, delicious blood sausages & chorizos a la parrilla also, salads, different types of sauces for the meats, delicious hot empanadas and bread and more! They have a happy and family environment. Our family had a great time specially when is about eating a lot! Service and servers are great! Food is on time, nice and hot at all times. Not a 5  just because the outdoor/gardens/parking around it doesn’t look as nice as it should in my opinion.

Northern Virginia has an abundance of churrasco steak house, laden with gauchos rushing to your table size the minute your flip your card to green. Whether it be Chima in Tysons Corner, Texas De Brazil at Fair Oaks, Fogo de Chão in the District, Charbroil Grill in Woodbridge, or Malibu Grill in Baileys crossroads which I believe has turned into a laundromat?  The Knife is a little bit different, but every bit as accommodating. For $34.99/per-person$30.99 weekdays, you can get either two draft beers or a bottle of their house wine, and for those not legal to drink, unlimited soft drinks are included. In addition to the beverages their inclusive pricing also includes their amazing grilled meats and buffet bar, and a dessert chosen from their ridiculously long desert menu which you have the option of taking home.  Their meat choices are unconventional and amazing, sweetbreads, intestine, blood sausage, chorizo, and the more conventional cuts such as flank, skirt, beef short ribs, with other options like chicken, pork, and the fish of the day which was salmon when I went. While they're missing the typical "bacon wrapped filet mignon" so often seen at these places, I think that the value is worth it for the included drinks & dessert which you pay extra for at Texas De Brazil & Chima. There's Antipasto, ceviche, salads, and other dishes on the cold bar and extremely flavorful chicken soup which I honestly can't remember why I tried in the first place but I'm glad I did. + cooked to order hot sides.  The only thing I think was unpleasant of the experience were the extremely large portions of meat they gave me up at the grill, but If i would've been more persistent I'm sure I could've received smaller sized cuts. not so much a problem, just guilt I feel for being wasteful  As for dessert, well the passion fruit mousse is absolutely amazing. I am a die hard lover of passion fruit and this desert stays true to the complex tartness of the fruit while the dark chocolate shavings on top add an unexpected richness.  Congrats to "the Knife" for offering quality service and delicious food at a great value.  Also at everyone complaining about the meat being overcooked, you should really ask the guys behind the grill for meat cooked to your preference, I honestly like my meat rare- cold & red- and they were more than happy to help.

We had bad experience a while back when it was owned by another owner.   It had bad service and food, but MAN O MAN WHAT A TURN AROUND!  The food was fantastic and so was the service!  We will definitely be back. My picture is a bit messy but  its because I was hungry.

Get the groupon and go. Lots and lots of smoked meat brought to your table. Excellent salad and side bar. Great service.
