This place helped me when I was homeless. I would highly recommend this place! They help house you, they feed you and they just genuinely care about you. This is the place to come if you want to get back on your feet!

I'm not pleased how my friend is being treated or should I say discriminationed on. It takes the staff almost 14mins to come open the door some looked you upside your head and stare and will not speak if you spoke to them twice . You would think the veterans would be treated better there especially because it's supposed to be Christ like. Social worker walk right pass you in the halls and never speak to you or check in about your case. Y'all need to do better especially the night staff men the one that wears the tight joggers. Sits right at the station and won't even open the door with his rude smart mouth.

Absolutely love how they help you. They help you in so many ways. They helped me with my ID and was very curious about everything even a smile on their face over the phone. And the nice lady Named Terri was really kind. Absolutely love the experience. If you are homeless and need help getting on your feet it's a great idea to go see them.

This is a one stop starting point for homeless people who need help. Applying for birth certificates, SS cards,, employment, shelter. These folks make it easy for a stranger to help somebody on the street, & for them to help themselves.  Impressive!

If I ever ate ur food thank u if I ever slept in ur bed thank u if I ever wore ur clothes if u ever took me anywhere I thank u TODAY I GOT MY KEYS TO MY OWN HOME thank u so much Mr kelcey for ur compassion for the less fortunate ur beautiful smile and words of eencouragement and Ms Bailey was my wing girl  she said u can do it. I left the hospital weak and needed to have a place to go.The facility is clean the staff are willing to help.Really a comfortable setting.All Ges women upstairs then the warming center opens at night for men. 4 stars

I do not appreciate being placed at the Salvation Army on Jackson I feel as if y'all also played a role. When all I was trying to do was get somewhere safe and get stable. I've also been waiting on my birth certificate for 4 weeks now and Jackson Ms is not far from Memphis TN.

Feeling abandoned/ and with no Sense of love and Support/ To amber in!  Well maybe you have not heard of the Hospitality Hub/ with them you Got Shelter/ Work/ And Support  The Hospitality Hub/ is Putting Lives back together Again/ With Jobs/ Housing And Medical Needs  I know that what l just Stated is True/ if you are in Need of Food/ Clothing Or A Place Rest Your Noggin!  The the Hospitality Hub/ Has your Back/ So Fret Not My Friend! For you now are protected

They won't help me because I'm in an electric wheelchair

During this last cold snap it served as a warning shelter....
