Each encounter with the staff member that assist me with my insurance needs have been great.  They work hard to make sure that I'm satisfied with the service they provide by striving to get me a low insurance rate/quote & making sure that all my questions are answered and providing any documentation that I need.  I appreciate all that they do!!!

When they say shop around... SHOP AROUND. I had 4 people quote me and they all came back with the same insurance company but Stacy Truett got me the lowest priced insurance. She is really sweet and helped me with all of my questions!! I highly recommend them and esspecially her!!

This is an embarrassment of an insurance company. If you call in the early am, they open at 10:00, you may get a call back after 5:00 pm. I was speaking to the receptionist about a false bill issue. She said something that I did not understand, so I asked her to repeat it. She hung up on me. I tried calling back, but they would not answer the phone. If you want to lose hair and worry yourself about your insurance with no help from the agency. Then you are in the right place. Good luck
