The staff were SO friendly!! I definitely want to go back. They make everything super comfortable and allow you to work at your own pace but honestly, I thought the staff were like the shining stars. They were so kind and so helpful and just overall super supportive, kind of like your personal cheerleader when you finished!!
The staff is very friendly, encouraging, and helpful. I love Hotworx have previously been a member at other locations and how much better I feel after a workout. I usually struggle with motivation and don’t like working out, but I actually enjoy Hotworx and have made progress in my health and wellness goals as a result!
If you read other reviews about being charged after cancelling, remember them! I read those reviews and proceeded anyway. Then when I decided to cancel, I was charged two months after I cancelled after they required me to pay one extra month for 30 days notice. I ended up having to contact my bank to block the withdrawals. I should not have had to call so many times or go through the trouble, so just keep this in mind when you decide to cancel! Additionally, if you are rather shy and prefer to keep to yourself and not socialize, I don’t recommend coming here. I don’t enjoy conversation with strangers when I go to work out, and it ultimately led to me dreading going in. The convenience factor is great, but the classes are the same.
Thought it was a great space while I was there. However, after I moved and cancelled my membership, they continued to charge me for four months after I left. I called multiple times and was often dismissed by the owner, who was condescending and rude. He constantly talks down to you and acts so rude. I would not recommend working with this specific location because of my horrible experience with the owner.
Please Read! Although hot works is an ok place to workout the headache to cancel a membership is ridiculous! They require you to cancel two months in advance and when you do cancel they continued to charge me and my friends several months afterwards. Each phone call and visit they say we will cancel and not one time did they do so. Finally had to call my bank to stop their withdrawals. Hotworks has still not returned 4 months of charges to my card.
One of the best gyms around. It is so relieving to be able to workout in private, but still feel like you are getting instructions / know what you are doing. I recommend HOTWORX to everyone I know!
Literally impossible to cancel your membership. I've called, I've emailed, and each time I'm assured by a real person that my membership will be cancelled. Then I get charged. Don't go here.
Love the staff. Great workout and concept. Hopefully at some point when I do need to cancel I won’t have as many issues as some have had. Always able to get into a class and I love the location. My fav place to be!
Best workouts I have done in a while! Love coming here for the workouts, the people, and the environment! I only have so much time in the day and I love the short workouts but know I'm burning so much in such a short period of time!
