Howard Brown Health at TPAN

As an "essential worker" with very limited protections, I wanted to be able to rely on my local Howard Brown for walk up covid testing. Unfortunately, today I arrived before opening to the clark st location only to be directed to this location. When I got to the Sheridan location of HB at 10:26am, I was so far back in line that by the time a representative came around an hour later, they told us it would likely be 2.5-3 more hours, not taking into account the 2 hr lunch break. I do not blame howard brown, but this system is unacceptable. The lines need to be capped, or folks need to be given information to return. Or, do by appointment.

I’ve seen both Jenna Wimmer and Sarah Wall. Both are fantastic human beings and great medical providers. I’ll admit that no one responds to emails, but otherwise every person at this facility is amazing.

Sara Wall is fantastic and the rest if the staff is just as respectful. I will always go here.

Medical providers don't respond to emails and when I called, whoever answered the phone was rude and hung up on me. Garbage, won't be back.
