I can't begin to say enough kind words about Huber Funeral home and the staff there. Julie and Jamie. They handled my Dad's arrangements from beginning to end and they were just the absolute best. From the moment we walked in they were quick, compassionate, thorough, professional, and the entire process was just seamless. We walked in and they asked us a couple of questions about our wishes for service and burial and Jamie went to right to work in the other room. In a matter of about 30 minutes we had all the arrangements regarding the obituary, casket, etc...figured out with Julie just in time for Jamie to come back in and say that everything was arranged at the cemetary, at the church and everywhere else. In that short time she had arranged a service with my Dad's Catholic Church, had secured a plot at the cemetary very close to his parents, and had just finished every detail so we wouldn't have to worry about a thing. It's amazing that during the time of COVID-19 they were able to arrange a church service which was so very important to my Dad. And how quickly and professionally they handled everything and how they made sure we didn't have to worry about a single detail just blows me away and I knew we were in great hands very quickly. My Dad was my entire world and this was definitely the hardest day of my life. Losing a Dad is definitely the worst day in a son's life but they went to great lengths to ease the pain and make a terribly difficult day as easy as possible and I am so grateful for that. They handled the church service so professionally making sure there were masks worn, personal distances kept, etc... They were there every second and every time I looked over they were there, sympathetic and professional and just really gave me a sense of peace which I am so grateful for. They didn't miss a single detail. From the flowers, to the fishing pole in the flowers to SO many more details I can't even list.... they were just amazing. Julie even showed great compassion at the very end saying some kind words to me and showing genuine care about me and if I were going to be ok. The entire process and the great care they took care of my Dad I will be forever grateful for. I highly recommend Huber Funeral Home and Jamie and Julie and will forever sing their praises.
