We rented a van from them for a trip to MN. It was in the garage when we picked it but "they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it". It barely made it up a mountain before we even left PA. No ac in the back, rusted, the inside was so noisy we couldn't think. Then on our way home the muffler broke cause of major rust and was blowing right on the gas tank and the floor was so hot the people in the back could hardly touch it. And when the driver went to turn the gas tank lid off there was so much pressure in the gas tank, it seemed like it was that hot it was almost boiling. Lost an hour taking care of that. All in all for our troubles we got only a $100.00 off our bill!!? Most likely will NEVER use them again.
