Stopped in over the weekend for a dress and I fell in love with all of the different options. The girl at the counter was great, she had a great eye and helped pick out my dress. Definitely will be back for more.
I love iCandies! So in style for the best prices. It’s the first place I shop when I have an occasion. Courtney is truly the sweetest and is so much help when shopping! Definitely recommend.
The girls were nice enough but they don't make it very visible or plain that you can not return items for your cash back or credit on your card. The items didnt fit and nothing in the store that does fit do i want. Personally I believe that they should let everyone know that when they are purchasing anything. I was told it's on the receipt. Well you don't see that until after the purchase. So not very good letting your customers know. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I now have a 65 dollar store credit that will never be used. So I'm out 5 hours of hard labor for my huge mistake.
I absolutely love this store!! The owner is amazing at helping, she is very friendly and so kind. The clothes here are absolutely beautiful and very good quality! The store is so clean, well kept, and neat. You can tell she puts her life’s work into what she does!! I have been a customer for almost 8 years and I have watched the store grow bigger and better. This is hands down the best store to shop at in the Sangertown Mall!! I love it!!
Most of my wardrobe is from icandies! I’ve been shopping at this boutique since she opened and I’ve never been disappointed. The ladies who run this boutique are so welcoming and friendly.
Beautiful clothing. Great selections. Style and sizes for everyone. Numerous displays/ mannikins, giving great outfit ideas. Prices affordable with exceptional quality.
I love Candies Clothing Store. It has all the hippest styles. We love to buy clothes there.
Bought a couple pairs a jeans yesterday for my daughter and she didn't like them. Went to return them today with a receipt and was told I could only exchange them or get store credit they said there were no refunds. I asked can you show me where it states that anywhere in your store? They proceeded to tell me it's on your receipt...well by the time I get a receipt the items are already bought so I asked where in your store does it say that? Neither girl behind counter could show me. They got manager on phone and I was told they won't be changing their policy just because I'm unhappy. One of the girls behind the counter rolled her eyes multiple times at me as well. Very poor customer service. And to not be able to get a refund even with your receipt 1 day after initial purchase is absolutely ridiculous.
0 stars very cheap material and overpriced. Bought a top and it ripped the first night on my birthday. Also bought a pair of shoes and the strap was missing from the box. I brought them back and was only offered STORE CREDIT. What good is store credit if everything in cheaply made. I don't want to purchase anything here again. Store credit is how they get you. Manager didn't do anything .
I have bought clothes in this store plenty of times and I have never had an issue.The clothes are beautiful and the staff is very helpful.
