*** BEWARE *** CHRIS GROSSMAN TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN! I responded to a Facebook marketplace ad posted as CHRISTOPHER ARTHUR and got scammed. Invoice he sent said "EMPIRE SPAS" so that is another company to avoid. Do NOT prepay for spas or spa parts as you may never see your money again. I'm out over $1500 deposit to prepay for parts that were supposed to be for a complete spa rebuild. I made multiple calls over a couple months and he made a million excuses always promised he would get to it. He later promised to refund my money but never did that either. He finally started just hanging up on me when I called.

This guy is a complete rip off. He sold me a hot tub but never delivered it. Just took the money and ran. He is imitating the other Spa Maintenance Solutions in the area that actually does good business.

This guy came to our house said I needed a new pump. Wrote a check for $$580 and he never came back. He kept coming up with excuses. It's been 2 months. Still no pump or money back. He's a thief and A a liar.

Paid for a New Pump. Called several times. Always promised to get the pump installed. Never called back. Top notch scumbag. BEWARE OF THIS GUY!

BEWARE: LIAR and a THIEF!!!! I paid him for the diagnostics of the hottub and he stole a valve from it!! He doesn’t pick up his phone nor texts back! I’m out of pocket for the part that he took plus have to pay someone else to start over… I wish he’d have consequences for his deceitful behavior. Attached pictures of this crook

The owner passed away in 2022 and another man named Chris is impersonating him and scamming people. What an awful thing to do.

He did a very good job and I would recommend him to my friends. Great personality.

Chris was a delight to work with! I was referred to him from a friend and got a great hot tub that was affordable and works great! He set it all up at my house which was included in the selling price. When I called him to ask a question, he explained everything to me so nicely! Great customer service! Will definitely refer him to anyone that is in search of a hot tub!
