I booked 3 services with a gift certificate I got from my family: a hot stone massage, a Laurel Facial, and the microcurrent therapy, in that order. First off, they asked me to come in 30 min earlier and I agreed. When I got there, my masseuse told me she'd have to cut my massage short due to my late arrival, even though I came in early as requested. The massage room was so small, not tranquil or decorated, the music wasn't good or loud enough, and she did not press hard enough like I had requested on the form that I filled out twice because they lost my first one. The hot stones were the best part, but it felt more like a cramped doctor's office patient room, and the linens smelt like a hospital. The pillow that you are supposed to put your face in was way too small, and my face was scrunched the whole time. It might depend on who you are assigned to, but I won't be returning for a massage. The second part was the facial, which was INCREDIBLE. Sierra was amazing, sweet, and knowledgeable. The facial felt like heaven and lasted so long. She massages your neck, upper back, shoulders, and upper chest along with it, which felt amazing. The little amount I got from her was way better than the hot stone masseuse. Some people just have the touch, I guess. The Microcurrenttherapy was very subtle and gentle. I definitely will be looking for something a bit more powerful next time. I barely felt the micro currents. It did not bother my metal permanent implants in my mouth at all. If I lived in Boise, I might book another facial with Sierra, but the nicest part about the facility is their fancy sitting room.
I booked the 80 minute Sun Goddess Repair Facial here and it was amazing! Mya was really friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The facial included a neck, arm, and hand massage which I wasn’t expecting but was so therapeutic. Everything used on my skin smelled natural and the facilities were very clean and inviting. I would book here again!
I love my lashes! ladies, for an amazing full set i definitely recommend Taylor D. She did an amazing job and i will continue to go to her!
I've had massages from Chantel twice, and both were fantastic!
Facility is clean. Some massages therapists are great, some just rub lotion on you. Scheduling is easy. Pricing is complicated and for massage services higher than most of their competitors. Don’t be fooled by their wellness plan unless you plan on scheduling frequent services, several times per month it’s not a deal for the customer it’s for thier profit. It’s 79$ a month and gets you a 60$ 50 minute massage credit. They then tell you you get wellness plan pricing on services; however, they inflate their prices for non-wellness plan holders to make you think you are getting a discount but you are not compared to other spas. As a wellness member I got over charged: charged 177$ for 165$ 110 min massage that other spas would only charge 135$ for. Kindly brought up their error on the overcharge of 12$, and got an apology and bogus explanation for how screwy they are in pricing. No refund or adjustment. I don’t care about the money, it’s more about transparency in pricing that’s desirable. Also don’t care for the inconsistency in quality of services.
Irving gave me a great 2-hour massage and totally fixed my back, the pain is gone!
Complicated and unwelcoming. Throughout the last two years this spa has become rigid and unwelcoming. I know it’s been a trying time, but they’ve made it worse and harder than needed. Masks have to be worn regardless of vax status, even now. The staff seem unhappy. The last straw for me was on Valentine’s Day. I booked a couples massage for my husband and myself. We got there 10 minutes late that’s on us but they split us up into separate rooms and my husband’s massage ended 10 minutes earlier than mine and wasn’t very good. How is that a couples massage? Very underwhelming.
I had my first massage ever at Organic Origins and the whole hour in my head I was saying "oh my god oh my god oh my god". I didn't know a massage could be so good!!! I am officially hooked! I instantly signed up for their membership so I get discounted massages every month! I have had massages from three different people here and they were all fantastic and unique in their own ways. After one, I was so relaxed I got home and slept for three hours!! From deep tissue massage to a relaxing rub down, they got you! Plus the front desk workers are always so helpful!
