The majority of the staff here was great, but DO NOT PAY YOUR BILL RIGHT AWAY and be SURE to double check their work. The office submitted our bill to the completely wrong insurance company, but we didn't realize it. So we paid the balance almost $300 only to realize the mistake. Once it was corrected, we should have only paid $100. It's been two months and we STILL don't have the refund and apparently it's going to be another month until we do. And now our refund is only $70 because they put the money owed to us toward some other treatment, without asking how we would like to pay i.e. we have an FSA and could have used that.. Their repeated response has been a shrug of the shoulders and saying, "That's our policy." Terrible TERRIBLE customer service, especially since this was not in any way our mistake.
Appointment at 8am still waiting in the room employee hiding in another room just texting away shouldn't take 1hr 40min and counting
