The owners were nice and allowed my cat. The rooms were nice and clean. Its quiet and small town charm makes it a perfect getaway.Rooms: 4/5

The heater didn’t work, had a small electric bathroom size heater brought in, temp was in the low 30s. No extra blankets! Dirty wash cloth in bathtub from last visitor! Door lock was broken ! If l hadn’t drove 10 hours we would have left Rooms: Sad! needs updated bad

This place should be condemned it is disgusting and the smoke alarms don't even work just nasty all the way around there is nothing good I can say about this place. And the price is a rip off. Please don't ever stay here.Rooms: 1/5

We came into town for a wedding and this was the first place that popped up. When we walked in I noticed stains on the bedding and carpet then after about another 10 minutes I noticed the toilet barely flushed and saw cockroaches on the walls by the bathroom. We decided we didn't want to stay here and risk bringing anything home so we went to check out and the man at the desk was arguing with my husband. We told him there was roaches and the room stunk and he wanted to argue and tell us there were no roaches in his motel and it was clean but it obviously is not true. He offered to move us to a room on the other end and when my husband declined and said he didn't want to stay here the man then got rude and started telling my husband that there are no refunds and wouldn't give the money back. My husband told him that we were fine with taking the loss but going to stay somewhere else regardless. I would not recommend this place at all. Stay in another town over if you have to stay in this motel.

It is a place to stay. My room was not clean you can tell it had been awhile since a wash rag had touched anything in there.The shower only worked on cold and the toilet stopped up way to easy can't even flush any toilet paper without it filling up and there wasant even a plunger. the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one is because I didn't see any bugs. Don't stay here there another hotel that looks newer up the road.

Stayed during a work outage for about a month and other than it being outdated, it was a good little quite place to stay for cheap. I stayed on the nonsmoking side I heard the rooms smell bad on smoking side go figure but other than that it's a 5 star for Waverly!!!Rooms: 4/5

Filthy do not stay here. bed bugs and mold even you can’t see it it’s there.

They got one star because I had no option We had roaches in our room. I went down to the office and told him what was wrong. He sent me two doors down. Opened the fridge in that room and there were more. Went back to office. He came down and checked the room and persisted to tell me nothing was in that room...at this point I got angry. He told me to hold tight, he was calling the pest man. We would figure it out...never saw him again. I walked to the CVS a couple blocks down and bought roach spray, trash bags and cleaning supplies. I spent from 830 that morning til 4 that evening outside. Couldnt go inside, since I sprayed the room. He never came down to see what I was doing, did I need anything, nothing at all. Charges us $158 for two nights and I paid $44 for supplies and didn't even get an Apology. No Refund. My money back for cleaning his hotel room. NOTHING! Definitely worst place I have ever stayed and the most horrible customer service I've ever seen.

Well, I scrubbed the bathroom the rest night. That sucked after that, everything went well.the owners were nice to me and staff alke. Seen alot of weird people,but most of them. Turned out to be ok.i was there for quit awhile ,while looking for a place to live after the flood. NO SUCCESS. .THE HOST AND HOSTESS WERE MOST GRACIOUS. THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME STAY FOR SO LONG.
