Property manager is a liar and shouldn’t be allowed to work in the United States . She approves someone takes their rent then lies and says they weren’t approved and has them and their kids thrown out into the streets . The owner of this place won’t talk to you or return emails or phone calls .

Not really a good place to live... The people who manage the place pick and choose favorites, who to fine or get in trouble for literally anything they can make up. And nothing is negotiable. Fines are ridiculous, I know someone who got fine because they said you must have white blinds on the inside of your house. You pay your rent and pay your bills but yet you have to have the inside of your house look a certain way? No. Not a good place...

Never lived here but almost applied until the landlord informed me that you couldn’t have anyone stay over night for more than like 2 days a month or something ridiculous like that I mean my mother who stays with me for a couple weeks would’ve gotten me evicted if I’d moved into this place. To many rules honestly who can feel at home when they have rules like there a child… kinda crazy

Has potential but the resident manager is rude and doenst seem to be doing thing by the book. She needs checked into will not give you property owners name or information but it's public information if u go to county auditors site or call their office. Hopes this helps anyone

I love it here quiet peaceful Theresa does her job well informing of rules regulations and helping I can call to the office and she answers promptly and professionally I really like all the background checks keeps this area as safe as possible the only con I see is the roads but they are not terrible most of it is storm drains so I appreciate what all they do

The staff was rude and uncooperative. They were extremely judgemental and treated my wife and I as if we weren't good enough to live there. I would warn everyone to think twice before subjecting yourself to this kind of abuse when looking for a mobile home community.

I miss place its been years ago i lived there. Win i live it was nice place to live&peaceful & just loved the way trailor court area its in . If i could live there again.

This place is a health hazard

It's a great place to live if you are a older person or older couple.
