The best toy store there is! We have loved the Toy maven and have followed when they have moved throughout southlake. Excellent customer service and great toy selection.
We really enjoyed our visit to this store. The prices may seem higher on some things, but we looked on Amazon while we were in the store, and surprisingly, this you store was cheaper. We will definitely return if we are in the area.

Oh how I miss local toy stores in the suburbs and finding this gem made my day! I had no idea this toy store was here. My kids were so impressed with the toy selection that the other box stores don't carry. It's fun to come here and experience how toys stores should be, well laid out, catered to the parents and kids and most of all a small business. The convenience of where it's located too is spot on.
Had a bad experience this Saturday afternoon. My kids were so excited to see the toys. A clerk came to us and immediately said “let me turn the light off” of the halloween headband that my girls were trying on. Also when we were at the train area, another clerk immediately started cleaning as if they were trying to say my kids are not welcomed here. Not a kid friendly store. Very disappointed and disheartened.
I came in for the first time to get some activity books for my toddlers, and I was blown away by the selection of books here. They had a cute seasonal display with various books and little gifts at the front right as you walk in. Then there walls and displays full of books, crafts, activity kits, etc. Such a great place to stock up on creative toys that your kid can use in so many ways. I wish I had had more time to browse but from what I can tell, they have an amazing selection of all kinds of things. I love to see books and toys that encourage imagination and creativity. Really looking forward to coming back!
Great selection of toys and games but the staff makes me never want to step foot in the store again. You are working at a children's store where things are supposed to be touched. Every time my friends would come in they would sigh and say “hey girls” with the most disgusted tone. All we want to do is take a look at all the fun things this place has, we never did a single thing wrong. Please be more welcoming. I will not be coming back, thanks.
I was visiting from the UK and was impressed by the range of toys, particularly that they had things for all ages. I also liked the fact that they had great arts and crafts and educational toys and these were the main things I bought. The free wrapping service was welcome and the toys were a hit for my boys. A big thank you to the staff who in spite of being young were very helpful and enthusiastic. If I lived locally I would definitely return. Thank You.
