Rude unhelpful management, the woman at self checkout saved the day she was extremely helpful. They were stocking the store and blocking the narrow isles, and it was busy so Thank goodness for the helpful cashier.
Convenient location, terrible upkeep and customer service. Shelves are often empty and more often than not, items are moldy or expired. For example, bought coffee creamer, came home & realized it was 3 months expired. Did nothing for the inconvenience, but did let me return it. Today, bought a bag of mandarins after inspecting all of the bags as best as possible, and still found them moldy when I actually opened the bag. In addition, I found several bags of baby carrots expired, ginger root all moldy, and shelves are empty. Go to the Tom Thumb or Trader Joe’s down the street instead.
This Kroger is organized, clean and well stocked. It is also full of helpful, dedicated employees. This is our go-to place in Southlake to get groceries, because of how easy it is to shop there and how friendly the people working always are.
Horrible store with 2-3 employees only and one register that works super slow. Employees in general work very slow, that is why shelves are always empty or half empty. Also, they are extremely dirty, assuming they have never been cleaned, since store has been opened. The manager of this supermarket needs to be fired immediately. Very poor managing. I think even I would do better, starting with general cleaning of every shelf and rack in every aisle. The second is to work faster so the customers would not have to ask for every missing item to be brought from “the back of the store”. And third is to be more friendly and smile.
The gentleman that works the self checkouts late at night is always very friendly. Staci, I believe she is is a manager, is absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to help me find a product tonight. 10/10.
Clean store with good deli area. Only complaint is they don't carry much Dr. Pepper stock. We are in Texas. Dr Pepper is mainstay.
Staff is always very friendly & helpful with locating items. Pharmacists & techs are equally pleasant.
On a Saturday morning you had one regular cashier with no bagger and one person working each of the two self checkout bays. This person is slowly helping each person and was also responsible for fetching cigarettes. This person literally told me they hate their job and are not paid enough to give a @#$&. I do not prefer checking myself out when I have a lot of groceries and produce, but you force your customers to do this these days. Leadership - snap out of your COVID lazy policy and buck whatever sleazy corporate pressures there are to pinch pennies. Pay your staff more, fire the slow apathetic staff, and demand quality service.
Great store but not huge. They don't have everything in stock at all times but it's pretty well stocked.
I love this store...workers are great they carry items I can only find at this store. I don't live near the store 15 miles away. Can't compare to the Kroger in my area.
