Abundant and various items, good display and enough staffs. Staffs wee friendly. Relatively roomier and clean. Fast mobile order and pick up process. I recommend when you cannot find out items you want to buy from other Home Depot. My first visit was quite good experience.
Worst Home Depot you could possibly visit. I called in advance to check inventory availability on an item. I personally spoke to a customer service employee. She said they have 5 in stock. I asked specifically is it available for pick up , I have a 70 minute drive to get there. 140 minutes round trip. She said yes. It WILL be available for pock up. So I make the drive. Upon arrival , I went to customer service and said I’m here to pick up the item. I went to the display location, there was all five. They had all of them as stated. However they will still putting up the Halloween display. So you know what she tells me. Sorry , I can’t sell you the item until after the Halloween display is up. Even though it was sitting 20 feet from us on the floor. With 4 more in stock. I explained too her that I called to confirm BEFORE I left and that I was told by another employee that I could come get it. She again said sorry no. So I said , you are telling me I drove two and a half hours round trip for no reason. And I quote her response “that is your problem “ “not mine”. I said not good enough, she replied I quote “ohh well. Try coming back tomorrow if you don’t like it”. Never have I ever been treated so poorly.
It seems like half the prices are marked lower on the shelves than what they charge at the register and it isn’t even close. I’ve overpaid over 10% on my last three trips. It simply isn’t worth getting assistance because none is available. I’m avoiding this place because I don’t like thrives. Warranty for garden center perennials is top notch though.
Great store, always enjoy shopping here. Clean, well organized. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We always buy garden stuff here, also husband buys different tools here. I enjoy browsing around whenever I come here with my husband. Great paint selections, and home stuff. We been shopping at The Home Depot for many, many years, and always find what to buy. Of course we'll come here again:
Fresh load of house plants. The area was dressed ery nicely. The associates friendly. This store has the best prices in house plants.
A special thanks to the guy at the Southlake store today. I bought a sheet of plywood and needed it cut into shelves 18" wide. He said it wouldn't be a problem at all, cut it down perfectly and help me load it on my cart. Well worth the price of cutting. The shelves fit perfectly!!! Cashier was speedy and friendly too. You can tell the staff is smiling through their masks and doing a great job.
Great place. Lowes is priced about the same, but I find Home Depot employees are much more friendlier.
I was at this location yesterday looking for a particular thermostat that unfortunately wasn't in stock. But we had the sweetest lady named Georgia who called every store in the area until she found one for us. Excellent customer service!!
This Home Depot refuses to honor advertised price in store. We just moved to Southlake and would like to buy a zero turn lawn mower. The Cub Cadet ZT1 42 mower shown in the photo is advertised for $3299, but when my wife went to buy it, she were told it is $3599, the $3299 price is for the electric model. Please note that the 3299 price tag is placed on the gas model, not on an electric model which has blue strips on the seats. When my wife asked the Home Depot to honor the price they advertised in store, they brought a manager out and refused her request. He would only offer a $50 “inconvenience discount”. please note that Every employee working at Home Depot can offer anyone up to $50 discount without a manager’s approval.
Luke that had just recently moved from Florida helped me in the Building Materials area. He approached me and asked if he could assist in helping locate a product. Since his store was out of stock of the product I needed Luke used his phone to verify the stock of other locations nearby.
