Three star review when it could be five if they would take more care and concern for their inner drive and fix their light outage. But overall not a bad facility. Renting is extremely easy!
Wow! I can't express enough how appreciative I am of the new manager Pam. She has definitely proven to me that she is turning the reputation for Infinite Storage New Lenox around. She has bent over backwards to actively change how the New Lenox location is run and operated. Pam completely stands behind Infinite's belief that customer service is their job. Pam took on quite the challenge to turn around the reputation that the former manager of New Lenox left her with, but I am so thrilled that she did. I can now say with pride, that I couldn't be happier to be doing business with this company. Thank you Pam for your hard work and dedication, it does NOT go unnoticed! If I could rate this lower I absolutely would!!!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!!!! This is by far the absolute worst company I have ever had to work with. Their customer service is despicable!!! They increase your rental rate once you've moved your stuff in, they have minimal office hours that are never posted, so it's a guessing game on when you can actually talk to someone face to face. I have automatic withdrawal for my storage fee, and my bank was in the process of sending me a new chipped card when Infinite-Storage processed the charge and it failed. Instead of calling me to inform me that my auto payment failed they waited until the $20 late charge was added to call me to inform me that the payment failed. When I told them what had happened they told me it was my own fault and there was nothing they could do about it. So I emailed Mike Sellers the district manager, as Larry from New Lenox, told me to do. It's been 3 days and I have heard nothing back from him, so to avoid another late fee I paid the full amount 24 hours ago. I went to the facility today to drop off my 30 day written notice to vacate the unit and grab some equipment needed for a job and my access into the facility was suspended, and when I called customer service the lady on the phone informed me that my bill was paid and that I should absolutely have access into the facility and gave me an emergency code to get in. When I got to my unit there was an additional lock on the door denying my access to my unit. Luckily I was still on the phone with customer service. In my rental agreement it states that the facility will suspend access after a 30 day default. 9 days late is far from a 30 day default. The lady on the phone told me she contacted and left messages for both Leonard and Mike. This was at about 12:30 this afternoon. As of right now I still have not heard back from any of them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a unit here for several years. The facility is very clean and secure. The facility is maintained very well. The current manager Pam is awesome and great to deal with. The only drawback is the price kept going higher and higher to the point that I decided it was too high.
Clean and great pricing. The climate control building is very clean and easy to store big items. The manager of this facility has been extreme helpful and made the process of setting up some long term storage rentals and a recurring payment very easy.
My first time using a storage facility and it was a breeze. Easy access, rental, and online payment option. Will definitely use them again should the need arise. Thank you!
The customer service is very poor. The facility utilizes some sort of remote call center. My experience with the call center is that any questions that they receive do not get relayed to the employees on site. I was forced to pay an extra months of rent due to this. The offsite employees told me one set of rules to vacate the unit, which the onsite person then told me was WRONG. To make matters worse the onsite employees take no responsibility for the short comings of the off site call center. The woman was rather condescending and passive aggressive when I tried to explain my issue to her. I'm a 46 yo business man and I found myself losing my temper with this incredibly poor example of service and absolutely inexcusable attitude. The locally owned storage centers have much better customer service and pricing.
Very difficult to contact the office as mentioned in other comments. They close at 5, and I work 9-5. I try and call on lunch break, then they call back 3 hours later when I'm working, and when im off they're closed. Changed to 1 star because I was charged a late fee, due to the fact that they do not respond to phone calls. I was left messages to call and talk to Pam, but the number they gave me to call goes to an office that Pam does not work in.... very frustrating.

Pam is such a wonderful woman. She has helped me and family out so much in our time of need. I can thank her enough for being such an angel. Thank you from the ONeal/Flores family.
I needed someplace short term for some business storage. I was able to secure the space online and get in right away. Working with them was easy and convenient. I would use them again.
