My kiddo loves Dr. Harris, and we do too! She's friendly, patient when my kiddo is feeling shy, and knowledgeable. She takes time to answer our questions and has a wealth of information to share in an easy to understand way. Great for families wanting a little extra time with their provider and for kids who get nervous at the doctor.
My son has gone to this clinic since he was born. In those nine years, he has seen just about every doctor that works there at one time or another. Everyone of them are great! All of the office staff is friendly, and helpful, I've never had to wait long to see the doctor, and we are always greeted and helped as soon as we come into the office.
I got to this office and was ignored for a few minutes - then told I would be helped shortly - a few more minutes passed - then the receptionist asked for the name of my child - then took a few minutes to locate my appointment- then told me I had an appointment at 2 not 2:20 even tho the reminder call the day before said 2:20 - then she went back to do something that took another few minutes - then told me I was too late for my appointment and had to reschedule. I live in salt lake. I have 2 under 2. And this lady made me wait while she took her time to check me in and then has the nerve to tell me I have to pack my children back up and leave. She asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said that I wouldn’t and I was finding another pediatrician because this was ridiculous. Then the entire staff joined in in very loudly telling me that it was my fault I “missed” the appointment even tho I was standing at the receptionist desk the entire time and yelling at me in front of the entire lobby. I’ve had more and more problems as time has gone by with this staff and I’m telling you to stay away from them because they’re inconsiderate and don’t care about the hassle it is to have to pack two small children up to go out in the middle of a snow storm and drive 30 minute to be ignored and then told I can’t have my appointment because the receptionist can’t get herself together. I’m very angry about my experience and will be telling everyone I know not to use your clinic because of the continual demeaning way the staff handled my business.
Every pediatrician I have seen has been knowledgeable, respectful , and exceedingly kind to my children. I have seen at least 6 of them.
