Dr. Amy Villavicencio has been my PCP for 9 years. She is kind, compassionate, and brilliant in her interactions with me. I am so happy that IU is always here for me.
We have extremely knowledgeable doctors and nurses who carefully discuss our health concerns and thoroughly answer our questions or order testing for getting definitive results for our questions when answers are not readily obvious or are in question of a clear, logical, answer. Our primary care doctor, Amy Villavicencio, carefully analyzed our findings and does not hesitate to order further testing, or specialist intervention if necessary. We completely trust her recommendations and try to follow her advice to us. We are extremely confident with the care we have received starting in 1980 with Dr. Donald Clayton to now Dr. Amy.
In my child’s last wellness visit Whitney West’s likely, well meaning, yet overly controlling tactics were unprofessional and distasteful. She showed poor judgment and discernment in her interaction with me giving appeared to have no concern to my personal preference for how and at what interval my child’s medical care is administered. She used intimidating, scare tactics in an effort to coerce me to follow the procedures she wanted instead of giving me the options and leaving the final decision up to me. She created an environment that was stressful and did not foster a feeling of friendship and safeness. It felt like she has little regard for patients personal preference and parental rights. On a positive note, She was attentive to my child’s health and gave sufficient time for the visit but unfortunately her controlling attributes overshadowed this significantly. It was highly disappointing.
I just love Dr. Amy & all of the nurses that I have had appointments with. I am a stage 4 cancer survivor, so I appreciate the level of care I get with the entire IU team. They saved my life!
Dr. Croner is wonderful! Always friendly and he actually listens. He doesn't dismiss my worries. Love being his patient
I love going to dr Solis, I love the lab nurse I never feel the blood test and only one jab, every other place tears up both arms before they find a vein. I'm happy with the whole office.
Everybody is friendly and professional there. They answer any questions you may have and put you at ease. I have never had a bad experience at IU Health Arnett.
Dr. Diamond, the nursing staff, and office employee's are very caring individuals. I don't feel like a number when necessary to visit.
I loved it here. The girls at the front desk were very kind. I had an appointment with Dr. Amy and she was incredible. Very kind and easy going. I loved the whole experience. Even the lab lady only had to stick me once. Typically, for some reason, people who draw my blood end up sticking me at least three times. Highly recommend
I used to go there every once in a while as a child, I’m sure it changed quite a bit, but when I did go there it was a nice atmosphere and the times are great! The doctors and nurses there actually pay attention to you and listen to what you say! The downside is... there isn’t much they can do in clinic, they outsource a lot of things!! I guess you could always go as a last resort!
