Worst jack in the box I have ever been to. Service was rude. I've had to pay for condiments thru the drive thru that were on the counter inside for free. And they make you pull to the front of the store, with no one behind you,  and you can enjoy your semi-warm food.

Slowest service ever and dining room is dirty with greasy tables and dirty floor. Tables are falling apart too.

Employee was extremely rude,Patricia is the employees name.When another person and I came in both with one coupon we asked if we could use them she said yes since it was two people,we then proceeded to order our food while ordering I asked what was on the burgers she mocked me,looked at another employee and laughed.While proceeding to pay she told me to read next time using a rude attitude as she pointed to the paper.Such a horrible and disrespectful experience.

Lost my order at drive thru due to a bad head set gave it up went to Shari's.

For fast food is not bad. ..
