I ordered some roses for a girlfriend and they were so fresh and beautiful, she sent me a photo. They lasted almost 2 full weeks and remained beautiful. She's drying them :- The delivery was fast and I really appreciated the service.
To begin, the website is easy to navigate and ordering is simple. The products listed look fresh and colourful and of good quality. Delivery was well done and instructions followed completely. At the other end, the recipient was blown away by the quality of the arrangement and the aesthetic appeal, not to mention the freshness of the flowers used. All in all, a job well done!
Staff are always courteous and helpful. And although I usually don't forget the occasions there was one time when the phone reminder was a blessing. My friend is always thrilled with the flowers and they keep well enough that she was able to transplant several to outdoor flower bed! Much appreciated.
I was so pleased with my experience with Jackman's. I live in Toronto and needed a flower delivery to my grandmother in Callander and I'm so happy I chose Jackman's. They were able to deliver from North Bay to Callander and the arrangement was tasteful, colourful, generous, and most importantly, made my grandmother smile. I ordered the "Breathless" arrangement from the Luxury Collection at a price of $159. I will definitely be using them again in the future now that I know they're a reputable, talented, dependable business and put in an A+ effort even for out-of-town customers!
The ordering process was seamless and easy. I was concerned however that my order might not be delivered on time. The staff phoned, after hours, to assure me everything worked out perfectly. This added customer service and care was outstanding. I highly recommend Jackman's Flower Shop.
Dianne was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was honest and upfront about costs, but was also flexible and very willing to help me create our dream florals within our budget. I walked in with colours and some inspiration photos and Dianne took care of the rest. She even made suggestions to include details corsages for our Mothers and boutonnieres for our Fathers that we hadn't thought of. Everything was beyond our expectations!
Easy online shopping experience! Ordered a lovely sympathy arrangement + keepsake for our employee who had lost a loved one. Simple ordering process which included a confirmation of order & separate confirmation of delivery. Highly recommend it!
Jackman's was amazing, very good customer service, took really good care of me. Emailed me back right away. I would really recommend them. Figure out the app and it is great. I would not go anywhere else, flower's are beautiful and fresh. They must make there arrangement of flower's with with love and care, Because they are always beautiful. Thank all of you guy's.
Easy to use website. Credit card not charged until delivery, even though ordered almost a week in advance! Confirmation when delivered. All the things one would expect to see for an online service. Great experience!
