I just called and spoke with a young lady about quotes for my sons upcoming prom and when I asked her to repeat the prices she said very rudely " I JUST GAVE YOU THE PRICES". If I am looking to do business with your company and I ask you TEN TIMES about a price, if you want my business you will be personable and do what it takes to seal the deal. I did not get your name, but I'm sure you will read this and I hope you rethink how you speak to potential customers. It is not okay to be snappy and rude to someone who wants to support your place of business. You don't know how much money you could've made with me as I was looking to reserve several vehicles for the event, but instead of recycling my black dollars I will go to the white man where he will at least pretend to be nice until the transaction is complete.
My granddaughters birthday party beginning was a complete nightmare. I thought that it was going to be a party bus for $475 when it was nothing but a 15 passenger van that couldn’t accommodate 12 pre-teens girls, 2 adults and a toddler with a car seat. So we had to cram everyone into the van for a hour and half drive. I would never recommend them or use them again
Mr.Jackson came into my life after my Mom passed. We we're having a carwash to raise money for the funeral. Mr. Jackson pulled up on one of his limo's, when I asked if i could wash his limo he no thats ok and handed me $200, thensaid a little prayer for me and my Mother.
